As of now Kayle and Morgana are the only angelic champions, who were released a long time ago and there are no demonic champions I can think of (Teemo is up there, but that is a different issue).
EDIT: Tahm Kench may be a demon, but he isn't the stereotypical "demon"
Aatrox? Aatrox is super demonic, by the fantasy tropes from things like World of Warcraft or even medieval mythology. Evelynn also has strong elements of a Succubi in her design.
For less "traditional" or euro-centric demons we have Ahri, Nocturne, and Shaco (literally "The Demon Jester").
This subject of more champ diversity also got me wondering...will there be any champs w/ psychic abilities? (
does not count for she uses magic and not here mind)
ohh another angel champion would be nice. i love elegant, but powerful (preferably AD) type of champs.
