Yorick is as good as Swain in terms of getting the Dragon master skin.

Think about it. His minions could be tiny dragons, Maiden of the Mist can be a giant dragon that shoots a laser beam, his E could be him throwing dragon snacks on you, and his shovel could be a sword that glows red when he activates his Q.
