The thing is, release rek sai could 1 v 3 with those items if she didn't get CCed, but now you only do mediocre damage while being a glass cannon melee

Yes. She still does do damage if you play her right, but you gotta be careful in teh teamfights.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one. I used to first back a vamp scepter and proxy the wave and coutner jg. Then I would just kill them when ever I got my hydra. My build looked like item 3074 item 3072 item 3065 item 3026 item 3031 item 3006

Unless you main LeeSin . Then its ok, he will never get nerfed. On the Lee topic. I just did a custom game. Started item 1041 + item 2031 . Did not recall once. Did not farm lane once. Only farmed the jungle (both sides), got 3 dragons. Hit lv18 in 36 minutes.

fucking 36 minutes where my only combat stats were item 1041 and soloed 3 dragons >.> THIS HERO IS MORE BROKEN THAN LUX ZED KAYLE and every other popular pick >.<

"hero" "champion" hero has less letters, hence using hero

also, stopped using smite since lv8 on him, just to see if it matters... first dragon i randomly did at lv 10 (since no smite since lv8, i didn't use smite for it)

They been tryin to keep Viktor down since they realized his potential overseas... He went YEARS without changes and ALMOST slid through the Epic Mage Nerf

But Viktor is a champion that can not (by Riot's thinking) have the full reward for mastering him.

Everyone is better off playing freaking Ahri who has been in the top 5 winrates across all ranks for two seasons straight

What I find lame about the most recent nerfing is that they didn't lower his mana costs to compensate. They could have easily lowered each rank by 5 and it would have been fine. They wanted to put his waveclear in line with other mages, which makes sense to a degree, but forgot that he had such high mana costs on his E in the first place to justify its abnormal waveclear. Now he has the average wave clear of poke mages, but above average mana costs that make his early game more difficult than it should be.

And one could easily argue my statement has holes, but then you have to look at the fact that his competition who was picked just as much had more success...some for several seasons now.

Basically, Viktor is falling back into the "Orianna and Annie are better" category again. Apparently, a champion can no longer be a safe pick, even though Riot wants to avoid the "Rock/Paper/Scissors" mentality in champ select.

That, and the fact that they moved some damage away from his basic abilities and put it into a % damage amp built in to his R.

He is now SUPER hard countered by QSS as, without a substantial lead, he CANNOT meaningfully chunk a squishy without his ult. Note I am not talking about a 1 shot kill, just that if the enemy can QSS his ult, he cannot impede on their ability to stay in the fight unless he is very fed.

Blood Well Passive Attack Speed changed to 30/35/40/45/50/55% (upgrades every 3 champion levels) (from 50% flat) Blades of Torment Damage reduced to 75/110/145/180/215 (from 75/120/165/210/255)

I hope that LCS players never start to play Malzahar . I would rather have people say that he is bad, unviable and uncompetitive, than people crying that he is OP and then Riot nerfing him.
