[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Amer, Apostle of Battle

This is just a thought I had. I hope those who read enjoy.

I am by all means NOT good with numbers. If the character seems under powered, over powered, or anything like that, I'm thoroughly sorry. It's also an especially difficult concept to attempt to put together damage and numbers. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT Comment with "OP" or the likes- I understand she may be, but I'm not trying to get that through.

Amer, Apostle of Battle

Classification: Amer is a long range Hybrid melee character, utilizing in always changing combo attacks to keep herself fighting. With her ability to have longer range than average, and keep constant attacks, she works strong as a Mid lane champion, but can also excel at top lane.

Design: Amer wields a gold-rodded Glaive, the blade still steel. Over her face she has a detail-less red mask, the high left corner broken off showing a grey eye and brown skin. There’s a white tattoo that weaves within itself, and continues to go somewhere under the mask. Her brown hair is pulled back into a bun, a pin with a small chain through it. On the end on the chain is a white fist, encircled in a sun-like pattern. Similarly, she wears a white Qi Pao, the symbol once again visible on her chest in red, with an outline also being red. A gold circle similar to her tattoo around her eye weaves in a circle around the symbol. Below her dress, she wears simple stockings of brown. She wears flat, red, slipper-like shoes.

Skin: Bilgewater Amer: Amer’s Mask is completely removed, showing freckles across her face, faded red lips, a soft small nose, and the tattoo once more. It actually bridges her nose and encircles her other eye, which actually has a diagonal cut starting just left of the nose and crosses through all the way to the side of her head. Her hair is cut, falling just below her ears. Her dress is traded out for a blouse, tied tight at the waist by a brown belt, and wide cuffs. Her legs are now covered by a long, black skirt, reaching her ankles and sturdy brown leather boots on her feet. Her Glaive is now wooden with a shiny copper blade. The fist-and-sun symbol is now visible as a design on the back of her shirt, colored black.

Passive: Iron Prophet: Amer’s Combo Attacks give her “Iron Blessing,” increasing her Magic Resist and armor by 5, stacking up to 10 times. Lasts 3 seconds.

Q: Light Combo Attack: Light Combo Attacks take .5 second to use, and gives 2 seconds of "Battle" to use another Combo Attack. Repeating a Light Combo Attack will make the attack take 1 second instead. Starts always with 1. The attacks are selected based on which ability was used before:

LC1: Jab: Amer leans forward and thrusts her glaive outward, dealing 30/50/70/90/110/130(+25% Bonus AD) Physical Damage to anyone in front of her for the range. Enemies at the tip of the attack take 10% increased damage. LC3 and HC1.

LC2: Shove: Amer grabs her Glaive with both hands, moving forward a small distance and shoving back any champions she comes in contact with. Those hit take 50/75/100/125/150/175(+80% Bonus AD) Physical Damage. LC1 and HC 3

LC3: Spiral: Amer spins quickly, dealing 30/40/50/60/70/80(+100% AP) Magic damage to people around her. LC2 and HC 2

W: Harsh Combo Attack: Harsh Combo Attacks are Slower, but stronger. Takes 1 second to use, and gives 2 seconds of "Battle" to use another Combo Attack. Repeating a Harsh Combo Attack will make the attack take 1.5 seconds to use instead. Starts always with 1. The attacks are selected based on which ability was used before:

HC1: Sweep left: Amer takes her Glaive and sweeps it in a half circle right to left, starting from directly behind her. Repeating this Harsh Combo will have her her go right to left in a full circle. Both of these deal 55/80/105/130/155/180(+10% AD) Physical Damage. LC3 and HC1

HC2: Staff Slam: Amer pulls back her Glaive and slams it in front of her, dealing (150% AD) damage to anyone in front of her. People at the blade of the Glaive when she pulls it back are pulled over her hand and in front of her. LC1 and HC3

HC3: Skull Bash: Amer Leans forward and slams her head into another champion, dealing 40/50/60/70/80/90(+35% AP) Magic Damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds. LC2 and HC2

E: Finisher: 6 abilities, cycled through per attack- three for each combo. Amer has 1 second to use a finisher. Using one of these takes 1 second to do a powerful attack, stopping the Combo Attack and putting all 3 basic abilities on a 12/11/10/9/8.3 second cooldown. You cannot pick this at level one.

LCF1: Steel Wings: Amer leaps into the air, landing in target area and dealing 100/120/140/160/180/200(+100% AP) Magic damage to anyone within range. If she lands directly on top of anyone, they are snared for .25 seconds and it cancels any channeling.

LCF2: Wave of Light: Amer slams her Glaive into the ground, throwing out a long wave of light. Enemies hit take 50/85/120/155/190/215(+25% AP) Magic damage to enemies hit. Allies in the wave are healed 100/120/140/160/180/200(+100% AP) health.

LCF3: Imbue: Amer instantly gains full stacks of Iron Blessing for 3/4/5/6/7/8 seconds and gains 100% Movement speed that decays over 5 seconds. Her next basic attack will also do a bonus (5%/10%/15%/20%/25%/30% AD) true damage. This activates on turrets.

HCF1: Storm Strike: Amer stabs the ground below her, causing a bolt of electricity to hit the highest health enemy around her, prioritizing champions, and dealing 5%/6%/7%/8%/9%/10%(+1% AP) of their maximum health in magic damage.

HCF2: God’s Force: Amer dashes at lightning speeds down the line of her Glaive, sliding it from left to right behind her, dealing 50(35% AP) Magic Damage to anyone to her left. If she runs into a champion anywhere in the line, she shoves them back a far distance with her palm, and deals 60/90/120/150/180/210(+50% AP) Magic Damage.

HCF3: Heaven Strike: Amer stabs through the enemy, making them bleed for (30%/40%/50%/60%/70%/80% AD) Physical Damage per second for 3 seconds and gain grievous wounds for 3 seconds.

R: Sidestep: Amer quickly stabs her glaive into the and flips across it in the direction of the mouse cursor. This does not stop Combo attack, and happens in the span of .75 seconds. If she does not have "Battle," the cooldown is cut in half. Amer gains this at level one and cannot level it up. Cooldown: 10 seconds
