Black Eyes is a Mid Lane/Marksman AD Assassin, acting as both melee in basic attacks and ranged in his Seeker ability. Black Eyes is strong in his mobility and damage, but when caught out, can die in a heartbeat.

Design: Black Eyes wears a white flared, popped collar white trench coat with red outlines down the center edge, bottom, and the collar with platinum buttons. He wears a black choker with a diamond shaped ruby in the center, and the gem glows faintly. he wears a white mask up over his nose, and white bandages around his head, with tufts of brown hair coming out. He wears big black Shades with thick white outlines. He has long white elbow length gloves. He has black tight leggings with white straps around his legs now and then, with tall black boots. his weapons are two black oddly-shaped daggers, each looking different, and they have rope that faintly glows red like his choker while they're out.

Skin Idea: Dead Eyes: Black Eyes' coat turns black and is unbuttoned. His leggings, gloves, boots, and his shirt underneath are all black bandages, his face covered in black bandages save for his red shades and white choker. his daggers now have pieces of white bandages falling off of them, and their ropes glow white.

Passive: Undivided Power: Black Eyes begins the game with all skills at level 1 at a very weak state. Levels 6, 11, and 16 will increase ratio strength greatly.

Q: Seeker: Black Eyes fires a thin skill shot that makes considerable distance, dealing 10/30/45/60/75/90(05/0.7/0.85/1 Ratio AD) Physical Damage. to everyone in it's path. Black Eyes may cast this again to move the blade from it's current position towards the cursor, dealing 5% less damage each time afterwards. You may recast Seeker 5 times. The dagger will disappear on the sixth cast. He can still move while Seeker is out, changing the direction of the first line. Missile Width: 100 Missile Speed: 1800 Range: 800 Mana Cost: 20 Cooldown: 1 second

**W: Return: **This ability has two effects, one for his Seeker and his Death From Above: Seeker- Retract the Blade back to Black Eyes, dealing 30/50/75/100/130/150(0.5/0.75/0.9/1.2 Ratio Bonus AD) Physical Damage to everyone hit on the return. This puts Seeker on a 5 second Cooldown. Death from Above- Pull back the black, Slowing those hit in it's path by 75% for 0.2/0.5/1/1.2/1.3/1.5 seconds. If a champion is hit by both Ropes, they are stunned for 1 second. Missle Speed: 2000 Mana cost: 75 Cooldown: 10/10/9/9/8/8

E: Death From Above: Black Eyes hurls his second blade in an arc, dealing 20/50/75/100/125/150(0.8/1/1.3/1.5 Ratio Bonus AD) Physical Damage To everyone in a small area where it lands. If the dagger lands on top of a champion, it will snare them for 0.5 seconds. Area of Effect Range: 450 Snare Range: 80 Missile Speed: 1400 Mana Cost: 110 Cooldown: 12/10/10/9/8/7

R: Quickstep: Black Eyes Dashes to a dagger and quickly spins, dealing 50/60/70/80/90/100(0.5/0.75/1/1.25 Ratio AD) Physical Damage To anyone in his path to the dagger and to anyone in a circle around him once he reaches his dagger. If both are out, He'll follow his Seeker and retract his second blade, dealing 50% of the damage. This puts seeker on a 3 second Cooldown. Area of Effect Range: 350 Dash Speed: 1600 Mana: 60 Cooldown: 10/8/7/7/6/5

Quotes: His voice is raspy, a bit high, and creepy as all get out. On Select: "Let the hunt begin."

Taunt: "You're all the same- Prey to be Hunted." Twirls blades around in a circle and puts them in an 'x' in front of him. Special Nocturne Taunt: "Finally, Another." Special Vayne Taunt: "Glad the Night gave me something to compete with." Special Tahm Kench Taunt: "Dinner." Special Annie Taunt: "You're young, but still Prey." Special Cho'Gath Taunt: I'll show you a real terror." Special Rek'Sai Taunt: clicks imitating Rek'Sai perfectly. Special Malphite Taunt: "I'll use you as a Paperweight." Special Thresh Taunt: "Nice to see you again." Special Lucian Taunt: "I'll get you- Just like Senna." Special Katarina Taunt: "My Blades don't Bounce- they Stick."

Joke: Quickly spins his dagger ropes around him, laughing menacingly. Eventually, he ties himself up in the ropes, stops, and says "oops." He then retracts the daggers.

Lore: Swain. "Calls himself the Huntsman. But he doesn't hunt- He Slays."

Singed. "His mind is much too complicated for me... but just as mad."

Nocturne. "He has not submitted to my power. he more of... wields it."

Lucian. "I have no idea who this guy thinks he is, but he'll go down... Hopefully."

Rumble. "He's untouchable. nothing could move like that- Nothing living at least."

Garen. "If only he were for us- We could use his power and intimidation."

Vayne. "He is a greater hunter than I. I wish his skill is for a good cause."

Kassadin. "I don't care who you are- that thing is fear incarnate."

Aatrox. "I swing at him time and time again. I kill everything around him. I tear his armor and skin to shreds. But he laughs, and he does not bleed."

Lee Sin. "I have not seen him, but I have heard him. I am uncertain on if this thing is real."

Illaoi. "My god is a fierce one. But this thing is above Gods."

All have stories. All are correct. All are Prey.
