Reyth, The Spirit of Remorse
INTRODUCTION Reyth is an Attack Damage-Ability Power Hybrid, able to take both mid and support roles, Being able to heal, deal damage, slow, and completely change the battlefield of a reasonable 5v5 to an unforgiving 6v4. His kit is separate from most champions, acting with the power of possession to be able to change the tide of battle while not being visible.
LORE Reyth was as a young adult was well known for his prowess and ruthlessness. He was exiled from most cities and wanted in Shurima, Bandle City, and Valoran, for murder, unnecessarily cruel torture, and thievery of prized possessions. Owning a large underground corporation on torture and fear, Reyth knew the ins and outs of horror, spite, and taint. Reyth always was smart- and his mind took him to places most people thought no man could go, nor should they. With this in mind, he soon became bored of this. Reyth wanted to learn from the experts how to perform true torture- so he bought himself a ship and set out to find the Shadow Isles.
But little did he know this mistake would change him forever. As the boat reached the Shadow Isles, he found himself lost- every turn would take him somewhere that would make less and less sense, retracing his steps would lead him somewhere else, the looming darkness and magic pressed at his mental state. He heard stories of the "Scary Shadow Isles", but now the nightmare was a reality. He had expected some level of horror, but non like this.
What Reyth also did not expect was a soul of a man, carrying a green lantern and hook. Reyth, though terrified, did not move from the being. The monster had him- he heard metal clanking, a hook reaching towards him. Sidestepping, the hook and it's connecting chain continued moving. Reyth grabbed and yanked on the chain, knocking over whoever was at the other side. Reyth ran to grab the hook while the thing was down. Once in hand, the being had stood up, and yanked back, pulling Reyth all the way back to him. Reyth flipped the hook, trying to stab him with his own weapon.
But the hook went through, harmless. Quick on his feet, Reyth took a few steps back and dropped the weapon. It was thrown again at him, this time tearing flesh along his shoulder. In pain, he tried to run to a tree- maybe be able to get the first strike once he approached. Hearing the hook and chain again, he ran forward, the hook getting caught in the tree. He heard the ghastly voice of the being as it tugged at the tree, and quickly ran to the chain, tugging at it in the opposite direction. As the two pulled, the chain eventually broke, a long part connecting the hook and knocking the two down.
The being picked up the chain again once he stood, flying towards Reyth. In fear he crawled as fast as he could, but there was no escape. The green spirit caught him. Dragging Reyth by the collar, he went to the tree and yanked out his hook, laughing. "I will have to kill you," The thing spoke, it's dark voice piercing Reyth's mind. "But your spirit... intrigues me. I will give it a gift- and you will do my bidding with the power I grant."
Reyth watched as he was chained to the earth, te hook piercing through his chest and into his heart, then being dragged down his torso. But he felt no pain. In fact, he felt nothing. He felt as if it slid easily through him. The being told him to arise, and Reyth found himself a being of the Unliving- a Ghast. "Take this- as a symbol of my ownership of you." Thresh said, tossing the broken side of his chain to him.
Reyth served The Chain Warden for 82 years, using his given ability to relive people's pasts and take control of their souls. Reliving the happiness, fear, hate, and sadness of every being he ever enters, Reyth found himself humbled- afraid of what he had done to the people at Valoran, Shurima, and Bandle. He felt Sympathy- though also a terror of what he'd get if he returned, and how they would react to a spirit such as himself.
One day, after the night's soul collection, Reyth chose to break his bond with Thresh, leaving him in pursuit of Redemption, in any way he could. It wasn't long before Reyth had caught the eyes of the Summoners, and his wish was granted- to prove himself of changing out on the battlefield.

Appearance Reyth is, as the name sounds, a Wraith, a walking spirit wielding a broken chain. His head has a brown hood covering his head, wearing a duster, torn in several places with a back shirt and grey straps going across his body under the duster. His leggings are bellmottoms that go over his feet and are black with several bloodstains. His face is covered black by hood, and he has his eyes as glowing yellow through his hood. His hands resembles a claw like Thresh's, but he is blue, and he floats withhis head hung as movement.
KIT
Passive: Manifestation: Whenever Reyth attacks his first minion, he instead Manifests into it until it dies. His abilities change while he is Manifested into a minion, and Reyth is untargetable since he's inside the minion. He can also manifest into allied champions, allowing him to cast his regular spells while moving, though he does not choose where to move. When the minion he Manifested dies, he will come back where it died. Moving will move him out of ally champions. Minions gain Bonus damage based on Reyth's AD(15% at level 1, 35% at level 18. Two extra levels are at 20% and 25%) and bonus health based on his Health. -AD Bonus: 15%/18%/21%/24%/27%/30% of his Bonus Attack Damage, increasing at Levels 4,7,10,13, and 16 -Health Bonus: 3% of his Health. *Note: Reyth can be seen by an icon next to their health bar, much like Garen's Villain or Tahm Kench's Devoured Champion. Also, his health bar is displayed above the Manifested Minion's health bar.
Q: Geist Ring/Manifestation: Regenerate: Geist Ring: Reyth stands still as he charges an AoE attack, which grows in range around him until he chooses to let go, or after 3 seconds. He deals 75/100/150/200/250(+50% AP) magic damage to everyone hit. 25% of the damage dealt heals himself and other allies within the Geist Ring. -Cooldown: 14 Seconds -Mana Cost: 80/80/90/90/90 -Range: Starts at 375, Grows continually to 920. Over 2.5 seconds
Manifestation: Regenerate: The Manifestation's next basic attack Regenerates, healing itself 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% of it's life and healing 50% of that much, as well as regenerates Reyth's Mana by 5% of his current missing Mana. Deals 5/10/15/20/25(+10% Bonus AD) extra true damage. -Cooldown: 8 Seconds
W: Devoid of Life/Manifestation: Warrior: Devoid of Life: Reyth stands still and channels a 10%-50% slow on an enemy for 3 seconds, stronger the closer he is to the target and breaking if they get out of range. If the slow finishes, he deals (100% AP) Magic Damage to them and slows them by 50%/60%/70%/80%/90% for one additional second. -Range: 1000 -Slow: 10% Between 1000 and 801, 20% Between 800-601, 30% Between 600-401, 40% Between 400-201, 50% Between 200-0 -Cooldown: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14 Seconds -Mana Cost: 40/50/50/50/50
Manifestation: Warrior: His Manifested minion gains extra magic damage equal to (25% of his Attack Damage) and takes 50% damage from non-champion attacks, as well as 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% reduced damage from champions. He also gains 25%/50%/75%/100%/125% Attack Speed. He keeps this for 3/3/3/4/4 seconds. -Cooldown: 17/17/17/16/16 Seconds
E: Tether to the Living/Manifestation: Taint: Tether to the Living: Reyth stands still as he creates a line that shoots to target enemy, dealing 100/150/200/250/300(+100% AP) Magic Damage to them. After that, the line is tethered to them, and Reyth can target up to 3/4/4/4/5 more people the same distance away from him or tethered enemies, targets from the first taking 50% damage. The tether break after 4 seconds. -Cooldown: 16/16/15/14/13 Seconds -Mana Cost: 100/100/110/110/120 -Range: 585
Manifestation: Taint: Reyth's next basic attack will taint the target, applying Taint for 5 seconds and dealing 45/90/135/170/215(+15% AD) Physical Damage. The Taint will spread to nearby enemies, and Enemies who have Taint take 10% increased damage from Reyth's manifested minion and other ally champions. -Taint Spread Range: 350 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds
**R:**Manifest Legends/Manifestation: Transcend: Manifest Legends: After 1 second of immobilizing himself, the target, and if necessary, manifested ally champion, Gain control of target enemy champion. Reyth cannot use the enemy champions abilities, but can attack with 25%/50%/75% of their Attack Damage+50%/75%/100% of their Ability Power. The Manifested Champion is treated as an ally, and takes 75% less damage from turrets for 2 seconds once they get control back. This lasts for 5/6/7 seconds. 180/150/120 second cooldown 100 Mana cost. Range:325 -Cooldown: 180/150/120 -Mana Cost: 100 -Range: 475
Manifestation: Transcend: The Manifested minion becomes immune to all damage, gains 50%/100%/150% bonus Attack Damage, and gains increased range for 5/8/10 seconds. -Cooldown: 45 Seconds

Joke: Starts to stumble a bit, and then falls over, picking himself up after the joke. "I'm just DYING to show you what I can do now."
Dance: Ribbon Dancing, except he uses his chain.
Laugh: He doesn't Laugh. he just produces a "Hmph." or "No." If you use the emote. if used 8 times within 5 seconds, he angrily shouts "This is no laughing matter, Summoner!" crossing his arm, then chuckling a bit.

Please, give me any and all feedback, and Yes, most of the numbers are probably off the rails wrong, and I would Appreciate any help with this champion, through art, Number calculation fixing, Scaling, Stats, Etc.
