seriously it fits her more than anyone else, and her tattoos shine whenever she uses her R, unlike Vayne's where it's passive and barely visible
also ALL of her kit supports an Arclight skin particles, karma doesn't have a "Badass" skin now i'm no Artist, but giving her an Arclight skin would most likely be Absolutely epic

While it might be cool it doesn't fit the idea of the arclight skins, where it takes a dark champion and gives them a light alternative

It doesn't really fit the theme of the line. The Arclight series is generally about "What if this dark character was more light oriented?" Karma is already pretty much 'light' oriented anyway.
