Read the whole thing before criticizing or down voting, thank you. Greatness comes with secrecy. Greatness involves sacrifice. Greatness is built on lies. The great city-state of Piltover demonstrates the path to greatness. Having to destroy the evil that once ran the land. Caitlyn being the best. But even the best make mistakes. When Piltover was on the verge of ending the dark crime, there was a spree of crimes unimaginable that surfaced. Death and destruction haunted the lives of many, and haunted Caitlyn even more. Determined to hunt down the criminal, Caitlyn held nothing back. Unfortunately, her blind pursuit lead to the false imprisonment of a man. I wish I could tell you this man’s name, but even Caitlyn herself had forgotten it. In fact, Caitlyn forgot this man entirely. When captured, he just became a number, Prisoner 117. For crimes such as this however, prison was no option; only death. But not death by Caitlyn’s hand, but death within a chamber. This man was chained and hurled into the chamber; a chamber home to the wooden figure (Fiddlesticks). The legend says the man was slain and Caitlyn returned to Piltover to finish her duties. But death would have been a haven for this man. For what happened inside the chamber is only known by the wooden figure, for even the man forgot the torture he endured. For pain was the only memory this man had left. Tortured to near death, but death was never reached. Somehow this man escaped, some say the wooden figure released him to see the destruction that would follow. None the less, revenge and pain was the only thing driving this man; if you can even call him a man anymore. Falsely imprisoned, name forgotten, and tortured to near death, what awoke from that chamber was no man. But a Brute. Caitlyn Fiddlesticks

ROLES: Primary- Tank. Secondary- Fighter. Top Lane. Basic attacks will be by his chain, using it has a whip. This gives him some attack range to help in laning. Prisoner 117 will use health as his resource. And use AD stats on his abilities. OTHER NAMES: ZANE: The Piltover Brute. XANE: The Piltover Brute. X: The Piltover Brute._ (I might prefer this one over Prisoner 117, since his name was truly forgotten.) _

**Abilities: ** I will add stats later if this is well liked.

**PASSIVE: Survival of the Fittest- Prisoner 117 receives bonus attack damage based on how much damage he has received. This bonus damaged is reduced by half every time he recalls or dies. **So basically, the goal is to stay in lane. Take damage from champions and minions to have your attack damage increased. And anytime you return to base by recall or death, you lose the bonus attack damage.

**Q: Brute Tactics- Activate. Prisoner 117 puts his chain away and uses his fists. Punching enemies. While active, Prisoner 117's attack damage is greatly increased. **Will also use a percentage of his attack damage. Will use health as the resource. This ability may also be a TOGGLE ON/OFF

W: Chain Warfare- Prisoner 117 marks a target area. After a brief period, chains rise from the ground trapping any enemy inside the area. While chained, any damage done to the enemy will heal Prisoner 117. Including attacks by Prisoner 117 but not his ult. This will use a percentage of his AP, so basically will not have any addition percentage on the heal. OR it may use a percentage of his bonus health if it isn't that broken of an ability. Will use health as a resource. So if no damage is done, then you just wasted health.

**E: Betrayal- Prisoner 117's movement speed is decreased. During this time, he creates an aura. This aura steals health from ally minions and heals Prisoner 117. **If an ally minion dies by this ability, no gold is rewarded. This helps with his passive, so he can stay in lane longer. But it can also hurt your lane pushing. So it balances out. NO HEALTH COST *AFTER READING COMMENTS ABOUT HIS E. IT MAY BE REWORKED HARSHLY OR CHANGED COMPLETELY

R: Brute Force- Prisoner 117 channels all his health to his next attack; all health except for 100 HP. During this time, he is immune to any damage, but can still be slowed and stunned etc. His movement speed is increased. The attack will be from his fists, not his chain. Prisoner 117 deals damage equal to or based off of a percentage of all health channeled. _If Prisoner 117 kills a champions with Brute Force, a full life bar is restored. If he receives an assist, then the amount of health channeled is restored. If he only hits the target, half of the channeled health is restored. If no hit on a champion occurs, then 1/4 of the health is restored. Maybe even no health. Now this may turn out to be broken, so maybe the movement speed is taken away. Just do not want him to ult, and then everyone flash away and he cannot hit anyone. _ *THIS IS A ONE HIT KO STYLE ABILITY. Prisoner 117 can still attack minions while R is active. But it will not trigger until he hits a champion while it is active. so during the full cycle of it being active, all attacks with be melee punches. and he will stay immune; until he hits a champion or the time runs out.

NOW you may criticize or down vote. Everything past this is more of an explanation of the goals of this champion, item set, and character concept. So in all honesty, please continue reading.
IF YOU DOWN VOTE, please at least comment why. I will not reply or troll your comment if it negative. I will respond to any questions asked. Thank you

My goal was to develop a champion that can stay in lane as long as possible and farm. And also get his passive up. Forcing the top lane enemy champion to be more aggressive in killing you, or require the enemy jungler to gank more. Mixing in healing abilities allow him to stay in lane more. Also being able to steal health from ally minions helps him stay in lane but in return, hurts your laning. So depending on how well you do or how well the enemy champion does, Prisoner 117 can be broken in some games but also balanced in others if mistakes are made.

CONCEPT- Yes, this is Torr from Mortal Kombat X. Since i am untalented artist who cannot even draw a stick figure, I wanted to use him as a basic visual for Prisoner 117. (IGNORE FERRA). Prisoner 117 will be a big champion, that walks on all fours. Basically, a massive muscle brute character; kind of resembling a gorilla. Looks like a brute to be reckoned with. Maybe will be wearing a mask of some kind. A metal mask used in the torture, maybe a torn mask that reveals some of his face. Or even no mask, and give him a monstrous ugly mug. His chain will wrapped around his right forearm and help by his right hand. It is sewn into his arm. He will bear nothing in his left hand.

Really interesting concept. I see a lot of pre-rework and current sion in this with his appearance and movement similar to mega Gnar. Would love a huge brute champ that just wants to kill and destroy things because of how tortured he was in "jail"?

I love shaco, but he has always seemed scrawny and weak looking to me. Someone that wants to kill because "why the heck not" have interested me for some reason, i may have problems...

Anyway! The ult i feel is cool, but very very similar to Sion passive after death, right down to the extra Movespeed boost. Would really like to something completely unique like ekko ulti, though i hate ekko, but it IS in fact unique.

I like the concept but that E is SUPER crazy OP. It may not seem like it but when you really think about the game as a whole this gives him the ability to put the lane wherever he wants without any interaction by the enemy champion.

Oh is that a weak champion that I can bully and force to lose some farm, cool lets push. Oh that's a champion with low mobility and no escapes? Ok cool let me just keep my passive on constantly and FORCE the lane under my tower so I'll constantly be safe farming (and never miss any farm due to the stupid amount of AD you're getting by tanking minion waves and then healing to full under tower. That doesn't even BEGIN to get into the amazing amount of power that denying your opponent farm gives you. You could start at minion spawn and simply walk alongside your wave and your opponent would NEVER GET ANY MINION XP OR GOLD. Sure they'd get some nice damage on your tower and push you back, eventually getting close enough that you wouldn't be able to kill the minions before they got to them, but with them now being so far pushed up to reach those minions before you drained them (and likely level 3 at max) they'd be screwed to ganks.

Just in general being able to kill your own minions would be far too OP to allow. The only way it could possibly be balanced would be if every minion that ended up dying from this gave bonus XP/gold to any enemy champions within a certain. Even then being able to force your enemy to push out the lane regardless of their personal strategy or vulnerability to ganks would be stupid powerful.

The major problem with lowering your minions health at all is that this ALWAYS leads to the lane pushing toward your tower. While this may seem like a drawback on face level. Forcing lane to your tower gives you access to free farm, makes you ungankable, and can just entirely screw over champs with no escapes whose normal strategy is to freeze the lane and farm. Could you imagine being FORCED to farm under the enemy tower for any gold at all as someone like Nasus or even worse, someone like Darius or Ryze? The jungler enemy jungler would come just take a poo all over you. The worst part? This is all restoring health to you while this is going on making it impossible for you to run out of resources to do this.

The only way I see this mechanic working without trodding on the fundamental game balance of lane pushing would be if it was something like "E : For the next X seconds X% of damage you would take from enemy units is instead dealt to allied units within X radius. Note: This does not effect damage dealt by minions." This way the enemy champion has the option of whether or not they hurt you during this window and majorly push their lane or if they just pull back and wait for your 'shield' to expire before re-engaging. Heck they could just ignore you and let their minions beat the stuffing out of you. Since it only works on damage from champions and jungle monsters it also stops you from just face-tanking minion waves and forcing your wave to push, again without interaction from the enemy champion.

Now obviously this ability doesn't give you sustain but it's a bit OP to be able to regenerate health by gaining an advantage.
