What about adding champions' "pick quotes" for every pick in champion select, Riot?

Now we have "ban quotes" for all bans in champion select. But why don't we have "pick quotes"?

Some time ago (after changing picks and bans in S6) there were quotes for all picks in champ select. Riot deleted that, because of "forgetting about locking in". And some time after when people got used to locking in in draft mode, people claimed for returning this feature, but Riot mensioned that it'll be back in new client as option (Turn on/off) to make players choose their prefered option.

And now that everyone will have their client updated Riot mentioned nothing about that feature.

I made a thread about this in the Client Discussion forum but got no feedback, from players or reds.

I'd really like for this feature to return as an option, it really helped me get hyped up for the game to come and even introduced me to pick quotes I'd never heard before, which brought a sense of freshness to the game.
