Riot should revert changes to The Black Cleaver from patch 5.22 (Poll)

In my opinion Riot broke down in pre-season. should be item for AD Tanks (especially Juggernauts such as or ), but recepture for this item isn't very good for them. just gives 25 AD and 10%. It's decent amount of stats for more offensive champions like . However, is very good item in early for more tanky like champions. And cost of is just horrible 3,5k gold. For 3,5k gold i could buy which gives tankyness, damage and sustain, but doesn't give MS or CDR. In my opinion there should be choice between and , because IMO they ought to be very simillar items, but doesn't give that much tankyness as it should give.

And could I get any context of this change from preaseason?
