What about Rek'Sai's change which would convert her from Vanguard to Warrior?

Some time ago I asked about Bruiser Rek'Sai being back and Riot Meddler answered that they would be changing her in that way. Since then we've never heard about that changes anymore. What happened to these plans?

P.S. What about changing class names in new Client? From "Tank" to "Vanguard" or "Assasin" to "Skirmisher" etc.?
