Grand Master Key - P - Every fifth damage dealing ability cast deals 10,20,30,40% increased bonus damage. This damage is dealt as true damage if dealt to monsters. This ability scales with ultimate level.

Ray of Frost- Q - Fires a linear skill shot that deals 80 (100, 120, 140, 160 +85% AP)magic damage, slows the first target hit by 20% for 3 seconds. If the target is already under the effects of Ray of Frost, they are frozen in place for 1.75 seconds. 5 second cool down.

Refraction - W - Gains stealth for five seconds, dealing or receiving damage will cause the stealth to break. Then next offensive ability cast after leaving stealth will place an orb on the target that detonates dealing additional 50( 80, 120, 150, 180 + 60% AP)magic damage in an aoe around them. This ability spreads on jungle monsters, multiple blasts can hit the same monster, and If a monster is killed within 10 seconds, half of the cool down is refunded. 30, 26, 22, 18, 14

Invigorate - E - Casse passively gains bonus mana for killing minions and monsters. (1 per regular minion/small monster and 5 for every large monster.) Up to 300 bonus mana. In addition, a percentage of mana spent is stored (5,10,15,20,25%), Once full, this ability can be activated to restore 100% of the stored mana to Casse, and 50% to her allies in a small radius. This ability also stacks slowly over time. This ability has no cool down, and can only be activated once full.

Dimension Door - R - Casse can create up to three portals on the ground in a radius around her. She is able to instantly teleport to any of these circles, with a 2 second cool down, as many times as she wishes. While standing in a magic circle her cool downs are reduced by 10, 15 20% ( this can extend past the 45% cap.), and she receives a bonus 15,30,45% AP. The portals created by this ability last for 15 seconds. The cool down starts as soon as the first portal is cast. If the portals are visible, they will glow indicating which portal was last used, even if Casse is under the effects of Refraction. 120,100,80 second cooldown.

*Dimension Door functions like a Kindred passive, with selectable icons 1,2,and 3 which are determined in the order in which portals of summoned. The portals that she must stand on are about the size of LeBlancs W damage, about 250 radius.

Here's my thoughts on everything: First off I really like the concept, there is however a few things that seem too strong or a bit weak.

Her passive seems good, and I like that it's not a 3 stack, while it seems to do too much damage it seems balanced by needing 5 stacks.

Her Q seems kind of overloaded. Damage, tank shred, slow, and stun on one ability is a bit much. If played right she can do a ton of damage without the tank shred so my advice would be to replace that with a mark that would allow you to stun them on a second hit. I'd also change duration numbers or cooldown a bit as it seems impossible to stun without a lot of cdr.

Her W looks good but the cooldown makes it very weak early game. Maybe change the cooldown to 22/20/18/16/14 and change the 50% bonus damage to 50% cooldown refund on monster kills. This would make it much more viable in the jungle.

I like the idea behind her E, but mid-late game it would fall off really hard I think. I can't think of any advice other than to try to think of a different ability, however, if you do come up with a new ability I would love to see the concept of restoring mana to her and her allies remain. Perhaps make the active an aoe that affects allies to restore mana and affect enemies to drain mana? You could make her restore all or a percent of the mana drained. It's just a thought.

For her ult I would think a few number changes would be all you need. 65% cdr seems too strong, maybe either set her cdr to a certain percentage or just lower how much she gets. The bonus AP seems too strong early game, maybe 10%/20%/30% to give it some scaling? I like the duration and cooldown for it though.

The damage numbers all seem fine to me but I'm not very good with those so I wouldn't be able to say for sure but these are my thoughts for Casse, let me know how you feel and what you think.

These abilities are way to overpowered and would wreak havoc against most mid laners

This is possibly the most annoying champ concept idea I've ever seen.

All of this champs power is in one ability, which is very tricky to balance..

What seems most annoying, though, is that we have champ here that has very high poke damage, which can be a one shot in early game, who has super mana sustain and absolutely no risk involved with high mobility and invisibility.

Interesting concept, but the ultimate and the invisibility are toxic together.

Interestingly enough this concept had 4 upvotes last night, and now has -3 down votes :( Is there other criticism besides what I've corrected, and that at present her art is anime styled?
