Passive: Magic Burst: Oliver's basic attacks deal 10(+50%AP) Bonus Magic Damage

Q: Spectral Shard: Oliver launches a shard of magical energy in a straight path in front of him dealing 80/100/130/150/160(+30%AP) Magical Damage. Damage is reduced the more enemy units it passes through.

W: Power within : Oliver becomes ranged, launching magical bolts at enemies, but loses mana for every basic attack. Mana per basic attack in ranged: 20/25/30/35/40

E: Fragile Explosion: Oliver takes out a fragile glass orb from his coat pocket and tosses it to a targeted location. The orb deals 60/100/140/180/220(+40% of AP) Magical Damage in an AOE.

R: Mana Sap: Oliver charges up a powerful blast of magical energy for 5 seconds, he cannot be interrupted, taking 10% of mana from all nearby enemies and detonating a powerful blast dealing 200/300/400(+60%AP) (+40% of the mana taken) magical damage.

sounds abit op in scaling but otherwise a great idea

please specify if W is a toggled abillity, sounds like it should be

Too high of scaling on all ratios, tune everything back to something fair. Passive is broken. Ulti has too high of ratios. E is too high and is boring, there is no secondary effect or any reason to use it besides damage.

A melee/ranged character needs a kit that can complement them. Think Jayce. Just don't make it as broken. Worry about the idea and how the character works fundamentally/thematically before trying to work out numbers and how much damage they do.
