Timmy, the Toxic Troublemaker

Lore: Timmy was once an innocent player, who happily lived his days as a Riven main in solo queue. He carried his teams skillfully match after match, and the number of people who hated him grew by the day. However, this blissful ignorance was not meant to last. One day during a match, Timmy was called out by a Platinum tier Leona main, who questioned his skill. This did not please Timmy one bit, as Timmy was enraged by this scrub who dared to challenge him. With his Bronze 4 wisdom, Timmy entered the world of LoL in order to make everyone pay for mocking him.

Passive: This Isn't Even My Main

For every kill that Timmy gets, he earns a stack of "This Isn't Even My Main". Each stack gives Timmy 20 Armor

and Magic Resistance up to a cap of 10 stacks. Upon death, Timmy loses all his stacks.

Q: Bad Teammates Range- Global Cost- 50 Mana Cooldown- 2 seconds

Upon cast, Timmy bitches about all his teammates who are still in the match. If a teammate does not get a kill within the next 5 minutes after Bad Teammates

was cast, Timmy permanently gains 100 Health and Ability Power.

W: GGEZ Range- 450
Cost- 100 Mana Cooldown- 5 seconds Magic Damage- 100/200/300/400/500 (+50% AP)

Upon cast, Timmy stuns all nearby enemy champions, minions, and monsters for 4 seconds. Any nearby allied champions get a 35% movement speed buff

for 2.5 seconds.

E: Mid or Troll Range- Global No Cost Disabled after cast

Timmy starts the match with Mid or Troll learned. Mid or Troll has a passive and active effect.
Passive: Timmy calls out a random role at the start of the game. 
    Active: If Timmy does not get his role, Timmy can activate Mid or Troll in order to reduce the stats of all his teammates by 50% until the end
    of the match.

R: Mass Downvote Range- 600 Cost- 300 Mana Cooldown- 110 seconds Magic Damage- 100/200/300 (+100% AP)

After channeling for 2 seconds, Timmy targets an enemy champion and summons the power of Reddit to crush his target. Mass Downvote deals true damage, and deals 10% more damage for every kill/assist his target has. Mass Downvote's cooldown is immediately refreshed if any enemy champions disconnect 10 minutes after Timmy uses Mass Downvote.
