Custom Skin Only For Garena LoL

If u don't know what garena is, it's basically a LoL client for the philippines and malaysia. So I found a custom skin that is an exact copy of Spirit Guard Udyr. Then I started to install it, but the during the process I noticed that in the instructions was said that it only works on the Garena LoL Client.
