(Champion Concept) Abraham, Seeker of the Damned
It have been a long time since I posted some Champion concept. In this one I have tried to create new support champion that have some unique interaction with other lanes and effectively supporting whole team for most of the game.

Attack damage 48 (+ 2.6) Attack speed 0.625 (+ 2.25%)
Health 535 (+ 78) Health regen. 7 (+ 0.7)
Mana 350 (+ 55) Mana regen. 11 (+ 0.6)
Armor 27 (+ 3.8) Magic resist. 30 (+ 0.5)
Range 450 Move. speed 335
Passive Evil Presence Every enemy champion in 700 unit radius will suffer magic damage equals 0.25% of their maximum hp every second.
When Abraham collects 30 contracts this aura is replaced with Death presence.
Death Presence Every enemy champion in 1100 unit radius will suffer magic damage equals 0.5% of their maximum hp every second. This damage is doubled when enemy is under 30% of their maximum HP.

Abraham throws a cursed skull to the ground in target area and deals 70/110/150/200/240 + 90% AP Magic damage to all enemies standing there. Every enemy champion that have been hit will be get Death Curse for 6 seconds.
Death Curse: When enemy champion dies within duration of Death curse, he released wave of energy that heals two allied champions for 70/120/150/180/210 + 30% AP within 600 units. (Prioritising those with lowest health)

On Ally cast:
Abraham conjure a unholy shield on allied champion for 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 60% AP) and allied champion is healed for 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% + 1% per 50 AP of damage that have been absorbed by shield. Shield last for 2 seconds.
On Enemy cast:
Abraham infuse terror in enemy mind. Target enemy champion will receive 60/110/130/170/210 + 80% AP damage over 2 seconds. After duration ends target gets fear for 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 seconds.
E | Offering | Mana: 100 | CD: 25/22/19/17/15 | Range: Global
Abraham will offer a deal with anyone who seeks it. Abraham conjure Ritual Knife anywhere on the map after 0.5 seconds channeling. Any champion can use this Ritual knife to inflict himself true damage that equals 10% of his maximum health to get Adaptive bonus 10/15/20/25/30 ~~ + 20% AP~~ and 15% bonus movement speed for 8 seconds.
Abraham cant accept his own offering.
Everytime when champion accept his offering, they form a contract. With each pact Abraham gets stronger. Abraham gains 3 ability power for each successful contract.
R | Reanimate | Mana: 150/200/250 | CD 210/180/140 | Range: 200 Abraham after 1.5 second of channeling will revive dead allied champion for 5/6/7 seconds. During that time, revived champion gets adaptive bonus 25/50/80 ~~ + Number of Contracts~~ ~~ + 40% AP~~. If resurrected champion kills any enemy champion within duration, this ability ends and targeted allied champion is alive as respawned. Otherwise target allied champion dies when duration ends.
Creators Note Abraham can have strong synergy with a jungler. Where he could place his offering anywhere on map for jungler to pick up and make gang more likely to success. However it can be picked by enemy jungler if you place it without vision in place where is enemy jungler ready for countergang.
This jungler support comes at price of resources that could be used for winning your own lane. Especially in early game where mana is limited and Offering price is high.
His passive should help him hold lane and relatively safe poking enemies, however in specific match up (Leona, alistar, Thrash) he might struggle. In teamfights it could be strong if left unnoticed for longer period of time.

1st item, sounds annoying af. Add in
as your 2nd item and you... just dominate. 1.5-2.5% + 0.25-0.5% So you're dealing between 1.75%-3% of their max hp every second. So
v2.0 pretty much, save be there is no safe spot to avoid the damage, so you're permenantly slowed.
(Random, but lots of AD and 100% crit) He would have 1,111 Base AD with the spell effects, add in his passive (110.25% bonus AD) for a total of 2,335 AD. Or 2,398 with
