(Zaun - Chem Baron)(Character Concept) Bashee, the Omega

_Creator note. I think that it's been a long time since riot presented a somehow terrifying champion. With new Nunu, Zoe and Neeko most of the new work is somehow disney tier. Exception would be Pyke (Which i dearly like) however even him can't be compared to Urgot or new warwick. Another thing i think is that a Zaun and especially Chem-tech needs more love. We got items, champions, skins from hextech. Why not Chem-tech. _

Basic information. She is woman obsessed with self-Augmentation. Power she got from augmentation is just side effect because she does that mainly for the beauty. She thinks that more augmentation means more beautiful. What's worse. She always looking for approval and kills anybody who dont think that she is pretty.

Basic lore. As a young girl that have been born in zaun, she suffered from poverty and illness. However even in early years she showed a technological talent as she was cleaning and later modifying weapons for criminal organization where her father works. Despite the circumstances, she was still normal. Everything changes when she fell in love with a man who was doing business with her organization. That man was one of Chem-Barons of Zaun. Man modified by countless surgeries and exposed to lethal chemicals carrying an enormous sword. As a beautiful woman in her early twenties want to get in contact with him. However when she finally managed to do that. He called her ugly human and let her be disfigured by cutting one of her arm as a punishment to bothering chem baron. After that event she went crazy. Using small knowledge of mechanics and chemicals to beautify herself.

She knew that her knowledge is not enough to her goal. After a while of seeking knowledge, she found a scientist that have been doing experiments in zaun. A Signed. He was happy to welcome her as a voluntary subject. Together they transformed most of the body of Bashee. Her skin loose her color due to chemicals. Several body parts have been replaced with machines. Bashee learned a lot about augmentation and alchemist reaction during this one year process.

Her last words with Signed were "Am I beautiful now?" "Your truly are my dear"

Signed saved his life by that answer, which he really meant.

Bashee went to his former crush for astonishment about her look. However when she arrived to Chem-Baron base. Only response she got was fright. Everybody was terrified by her. However she managed to get to baron.

"My lord. Am I beautiful now?" "Get out, you freak!"

Bashee got into rampage. She killed everybody in base including chem-baron. When she was leaving a strange man stopped her. He invited her into a secret criminal organization within zaun and piltover as the one who killed former member. She accepted and later became a new Chem-baron with resources to additional augmentations.

_Lore Note. Her title has to do with made up lore about chem-barons where they are named after latin alphabets. It is definitely subject to change. _

Character Kit Passive: Siphon Bashee restore 5% missing health whenever her abilities hit enemy champion. She restore 10% when she hit enemy whose blood she have in tubes.

Q - Blood draw CD: 12/11/10/9/8 Mana: 50/60/70/80/90

Bashee launch her arm with needle in target direction (range 350) needle stops at first enemy champion or large monster. If she hit enemy champion or large monster she deals 70/110/150/210/260 (+ 50% AD) physical damage over .5 seconds and restrain him and her for that duration during she draw a blood from her target into her tubes. After that target is slowed by 25% for 2 seconds.

All stored blood is wasted if bashee draw blood from other champion or monster.

W - Rend/Bloody shot CD: 7 Mana: 30/38/46/55/60

Bashee use her clawed hand to rip all foes in cone in front of her. All enemies are dealt 40/76/98/122/160 ( + 80% AD ) Physical damage.

If bashee have stored blood she use it and launch projectile of transmuted blood in long distance skillshot. Projectile stops on first enemy and deals 60/90/130/170/220 (+40% AD + 70%AP) Magical damage. If target hit is that one whos blood was used, target will be feared for 1 second.

E - Toxic Grenade CD: 15 Mana: 60/67/74/82/90

Bahsee throws a toxic grenade at target area create cloud of toxic vapors for 3 seconds. All enemies receive 15/27/38/51/75 + ( + 25% AP + 5% of enemy maximum health) magical damage every second in cloud. If Bashee has stored blood of enemy that blood is consumed on this ability. Grenade radius is bigger and If enemy whose blood was used is hitted by cloud. Cloud will follow that enemy.

R - Infuse CD: 60 seconds Mana: 70/120/200

Bashee transform stored blood of enemy champion by complex chemical reaction to liquid that contains raw power of man whose blood was transformed. Bashee gains 25% bonus movement speed and gains 12/23/35% bonus attack power and ability power from champion whose blood was transformed for 6/9/12 seconds.

This ability can be used only if Bashee have stored blood of enemy champion.

Gameplay I would start with Q and then following with W. In jungle maxing W for faster clears. She would have pretty decent gang-ability if she manage to hit her Q on enemy. Following with E for fear. Build wise. I would build a cinderhulk for even faster clear and then maybe trinity force and then more tankier way since she can get a nice power spike with her ultimate. Her E can be used to zone enemy champions during teamfight or separate target whos blood was used from his team mates.

I wanted to gave her some good AP ratios in case when she draws blood from Mage and use her ultimate. However nothing so fancy so that would outshine whole kit if played on AP.
