#TL;DR OVER POWERED CHAMPION THAT I DESIGNED, PLEASE HELP BALANCE/GIVE FEEDBACK. IS THE CREATOR OR ONE OF THE CREATORS OF RIFT IF STILL NOT INTERESTED PLZ BUMP SO SOMEONE WHO HAS TIME CHECKS IT OUT

Well... just a idea that hit me... but awhile back we had alot of diffrent turrets yea? & some people seemed to like that...

Soooooo. What if we added a character who BUILT the rift. A old old granny :D. (For all those who want it?) or a old old man. Buff AF. (You'll see why)

A hands on builder, who's decided to join in on his own creation. This would also be a great opportunity to develop the rift lore a bit more.

Anyyywayyyyys.

So basically, the idea is a melee champion, (using a lil hammer ;DDDDDD) that goes around buffing up the map, or just going rambo.


  • Passive Part 1- Tower Builder

  • Part 1 V1-Tower fragments spawn around the map, max 2 on the map at any given time, not within like 10 range of each other. (or 15k?) These tower fragments have 5 SET hp. (Like a zz'rot) these can be picked up by Kalues, or be destroyed by the enemy team. Tower fragments spawn when a tower (either side) loses 25% of it's hp. (If a tower loses 75% 2 spawn and 1 is put into Q, it's not lost) Or they just drop with set time..

  • Part 1 V2-Tower fragments are obtained from just damaging a tower.

Pos-for balance. Holding more then 3 pieces applies a small self slow, scaling as more pieces are held at any given time.

  • Passive Part 2- Lil bar like kindred (seems to be the easiest way to do this? could use a kayn like mechanic for it too. (or TF but this feels 2 impactful to be a skillcheck.) You can choose the tree types of towers.
  • Laser
  • The shield
  • & then the default, normal turret for all your needs!.

These are based off the temporary changed towers.


First off, the R.

R- The Builder, or the Warrior

R is a shape shift sorta thing. Changing the basic abilities. In warrior he has slightly higher IN combat health regen & movespeed. In builder he has higher Armor/Mr scaling. (E.G. he gains 10/20% more from these stats) Only has 2 levels. R upgrade increases the stats given.

  • Q-Builder -Form My Child This costs 3 fragments for a normal, 5 for both shield and lazer. Or on a destroyed turret it costs 10 fragments to repair, and then a additional turret type must be produced. I.E. 13 for a new normal turret.

This triggers based off what you are targeting, if using it on a destroyed tower, the 10 fragment cost is applied. If used on nothing, the turret type you already selected from the bar is created. When this is done, the q cannot be cast to create something new, but can be cast to place the turret on a existing base, (repaired or full tower) and then replaces the tower type with the new one. Cd N/A. Canceling a cast gives you a 5 second lock out & you lose a fragment. Self snare- (malz ulty type) for fragment cost at all levels. Upgrading reduces self slow from holding more then 3 pieces. Self slow. on fragments - 0/0/0/10/25/40/60/85 then + 1% for each additional fragment. Upgrading reduces the self slow of each level by 5% E.G. At level 2 self slow with 4 pieces is now 0.

  • W-Builder -Thou shale not fall. Repairs a nearby structure. If cast on a tower it costs 1 fragment per cast. This heals 50/100/150/200/300 (+50%AP) health repair. Repairs the amount in 5 seconds.(Self "stun" or cast e.g, Malz ult) If hit or if one leaves in the duration, the fragment being used is still lost (beginning of cast not end of cast cost.) & whatever hp is healed stays. This CAN BE SELF CAST. At the cost of no fragments, but with a extended CD. ( (CD) 30/27/23/20/15 Tripled CD.

  • E-Builder -Reinforcements AAD is additional AD This can be used upon himself, to self buff for a short duration. This can buff himself for 15/20/45/75/100/150/175-AAD (Min 10/15/20/40/70/100) Armor & 10/15/35/65/90/125/155-ADD (Min 5/10/25/50/70/100). MR for 3 seconds. This once again increases the CD significantly. This can also be used on player structures, Trundles troll poll, aniva's wall, Taliah's wall, yorick's circle.... & so on. This gives these walls a set HP, and gets rid of the time limit set on them. (these structures can be repaired see W-Builder) (Only 1 wall at a time, recasting destroys it) (or just using E on a wall again breaks it, and several are allowed? scaling 1/1/1/2/3 Lastly if used on a tower, it costs the same amount of fragments as the current "tower" on it. & increases armor by 10/15/20/35/40. This buff lasts for 5 minutes.

Cd is 20/17/13/8/6/5/4 This is tripled if used on himself or tower.

  • Q-Fighter The journey never ends

  • Q-Passive -Fighter If a tower has been created but not used, this is equipped. I.E. Laser tower, shield, normal. On a normal basis MELEE range.

  • Damage of all 3 is based off of the AD of the player. E.G. Laser Scales at 1% ad, up to 400% ad scaling increasing Capped at 150%/200%/250%/300%/400% Damage output of the laser for not breaking the chain (imagine a like karma chain, but damage ramps up & there's no stun or whatever) increases ad scaling 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% per second. (Up to CAP)

  • Shield does 90% ad scaling damage, but damage dealt *through abilities) shields nearby allies for 20/25/30/40/50% of the damage dealt.

  • Normal is just normal, but changes the user to ranged (All make it ranged but, ye...) There is 650 range for normal/shield 550 for the laser, with a break chain of 650 (e.G. no damage is dealt but the damage scaling will not increase or decrease when between 550-650.

  • Q active, breaks free from the self slow applied for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds. (the held tower still holds weight = to fragments used to create it)

  • W-Fighter Break Free

    • Drops all tower pieces & fragments then gains a large movement speed boost based off fragments dropped. Half the fragments drop break. The tower pieces that drop act as weaker versions of the actual towers & target anyone trying to break the tower fragments on the ground. Dropping these items gives 5/7/9/11/13 % movespeed PER PIECE DROPED and 10/14/18/22/26% attack speed PER PIECE DROPED. for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. Time resetting upon picking up a fragment, however each fragment picked up reduces the drop count. E.X. you drop all 3, 1 breaks (rounded down), this is at level 1, you gain 15% movespeed and 30% attackspeed, you pick up one of the two fragments, 3 seconds is added to the duration, but you now only have 10% movespeed & 20% attack speed.
  • E-Fighter The Forge is harder then you

  • disabled if holding a tower

  • Slams down his hammer dealing damage in a direction, then shortly after dealing damage around him. (sorta like a rengar q?) if some one is hit by both hits (its kinda slow, first hit comes out, then after a delay the second one comes.) you are stunned for .25/.5/.75/1/1.5/1.5/1.5 seconds. The damage dealt is 30/40/50/70/90/110/150 + 30% AD For both parts. CD 14/12/9/7/6/5.5/5
