Roxi, the Corrupted Medic (support)

Lore: In the aftermath of every battle between Demacia and Noxus, there are always soldiers who left injured. Roxi was the head of the medical department, having unparalleled knowledge in the medical field. She spearheaded a new program which researched the use of dark magic to cure serious injuries quicker, to save more lives. Eventually, she created a potion that could heal any wound, but at a cost. She tested the potion on herself. She made a deep cut over her arm before drinking the potion. The wound was quickly healed, but the potion was overpowering with dark magic, slowly corrupting Roxi and changing her into a ruthless killer.

Roxi wields a glass knife she made herself, as well as a belt filled with all sorts of medical creations. She is melee.

Passive: Medical Weakness- Whenever Roxi lands an ability or AA on an enemy champion, they get slowed by 20% from all sources of damage. Lasts 1.5 seconds

Q: Corrupted Syringe- Roxi throws a syringe filled with her dark potion to a target. If it is an ally, they get a heal scaling with AP, and a 10% healing from all sources for 1 second. If it is an enemy, then they take damage scaling with AP, as well as reduced healing from all sources. Cooldown: 7 seconds

W: Adrenaline- Roxi opens up a bottle of adrenaline and throws it in a target AOE. Any allies hit by the adrenaline have any CC removed from them, while enemies get reduced attack speed. Cooldown: 14 seconds

E: Medical Roll- Roxi rolls in a target direction, reducing the cooldown of her other abilities by 1 second Cooldown: 9 seconds

R: Bio Boost: Roxi injects a allied champion with a body enhancing medicine. For 5 seconds, this champion has their AP and AD increased by 25%, reduced damage taken by 10%, and increased movement speed. Cooldown: 61 seconds

Otherwise good imo, but medical roll feels like... why does this exist in this champ? ofc mobility is good in every champ but in this case it's just like it could be replaced something which had synergy.

For example, something like

  • dash towards target ally.
  • you are unaffected by most new CC you receive during it. (still get and hold them normally)

plus, what about passive like this? (no need to apply, but works in theme)

  • kills and assists apply necrosis on enemies, permanent debuff which increases damage they take by 1.5% for each stack. (any immunity will mute this effect for the duration, but it can never be cleansed.)
