Text boxes not working

You know those little things you can put under your name? that text box that allows you to put anything you want in it? that text box. Its bugged. Whenever i get into queue or put myself offline, its suppose to remove that textbox and say the message "in queue" but instead, it replaces my text with the words "in queue". Also, when naming my rune pages, it wont update. After some patch, i dont know which, this began happening. I try and change the name of my rune page, but it wont let me save it. So i change a rune so this way the save button shades in and i can press it. But as soon as i save, the name changess back to whataver it was before,
