Jetia, The Stygian Murderer. Jetia is a ranged assassin who uses long ranged combo's to lock down and assassinate enemies. **_ Lore Jetia was always a strange child. She preferred the company of herself, rather than that of her peers. She hated humanity for all of its corruption and its vile political disputes. Jetia was born in Kalamanda, but with the sudden invasion of demacian and noxian forces, her parents were killed. Jetia forever forgot her surname that day and instead vowed to take down both city states for all of the innocent people they have killed. A graveyard grew in Jetia that day, and for each official she reaps the graveyard grows larger. Jetia hungered for blood as the councilmen deciding the fate of her hometown fell to greed and avarice. Her first kill was on Brandis Reyes, who was revealed to have taken bribes from Zaun to vote for them in the trial. Jetia stalked him home after the trial, and slipped into his house unnoticed. The silence of the night was pierced suddenly, as the corruption of the city was lowered. Eventually Jetia left Kalamanda, in search for a better target. It wasn't until she was a considerable distance from any civilization that she had found Zed, and pleaded to him for a weapon to use, to cleanse the earth of the wicked. Zed agreed to help Jetia, happy to have another join his ranks, especially someone so bent on revenge, permanently warped from resentment. After years of training, Jetia became strong in the dark arts, and one of Zed's strongest students. Zed saw her potential, but wanted to test her before sending her on her first mission. After receiving her debriefing, Jetia headed off for the Fyrone Flats, just south of Uristan. Her mission, to track down a Shuriman envoy carrying deadly weapons. Once she arrived, she made easy work of the guards, and took down the caravan with ease. As she peered inside she couldn't believe her eyes. The caravan was filled with a multitude of weapons, each having a unique attribute to them, but Jetia's eyes were stuck on one weapon that stood out to her. An obsidian longbow. It was lightweight, and when she went to draw it back, an arrow of pure darkness appeared already knocked onto the bow. Jetia nearly leapt out of her skin, but she fired the bow, and the arrow shot far and true. Jetia gathered the rest of the stockpile and returned to zed with her bounty. Zed was deeply impressed, not expecting such a large bounty from a small mission. As a reward Jetia was given the bow for her own. Jetia's next mission was to journey to the institute of war, and fulfill her calling. **- Stats Name: Jetia Title: Stygian Murderer Description: Jetia is 5'11 with a moderate build and olive skin and raven hair. Jetia unstealths whenever she preforms an auto attack, casts a spell, or uses an item. Active: Jetia bends the shadows to her will, placing down a circular well of darkness. Jetia can reactivate this ability to detonate the well, dealing magic damage to all enemies in the circle. Enemies hit with shadow stalk are dealt bonus damage from Jetia's auto attacks. Shadow Stalks passive cannot come into affect while the active skill is on cooldown. Once you hit level 6 start roaming and use q to gank enemies. Initiate with a w and follow up with e and your auto, then use ult and auto again. Late game use your invisibility to try and pick off high priority targets. Use Shadow Arena offensively and defensively to both confuse and juke enemies. Its important to recognize the fact that you are very squishy and have no hard mobility. **- Skin Ideas Arctic Ops Jetia Heartseeker Jetia Resistance Jetia Nightraven Jetia Atlantean Jetia Mafia Jetia Infiltrator Jetia **- Synergies Morgana - With the magic damage on Shadow stalk Morgana's Q-W combo makes for a lot of damage. This and the follow up ult makes for an easy landing of Jetia's W and E and helps Jetia finish off with her ultimate. JarvanIV - Jarvan's ult can hold a team together long enough for Jetia's Q and W to deal massive damage along with her E. Jarvan's Q-E combo makes for a good line up with her e as well. Ashe -Ashe's CC makes for an easy initiation as well as good slows to help Jetia stick to her target. The combined damage they bring is enough to kill any target. Struggles Against Ziggs -Ziggs' early wave clear and push pressure Jetia out of farming making her damage late game severely underrated. Heimerdinger - Jetia will be unable to kill a good Heimerdinger do to his stun and if he has zhonya's he can block her ult damage. Also his turrets can deny Jetia of farming and force her to stay under tower. Zed - A safer assassin pick Zed can farm from afar and has a tad bit better roaming potential. Zed can also out-burst her and has an easier time split pushing. Does Well Against Akali - Jetia can poke her down early and punish her for trying to use her w. Late game Jetia's w can be used to lockdown Akali before she can start using her ult to hunt people down and Jetia's invisibility can be used to scout out where she might be. Anivia - Jetia's damage potential at level 1 is enough to force Anivia away from minions and if Jetia proc's Anivia's passive, she has a guaranteed Q-W-E Combo. Late Game, Jetia can sneak around and kill off anivia before she knows what happened. Caitlyn - Jetia can stay out of her Shadow Arena while putting it over cait, making it so she cant see you and therefore, hit you. Jetia can also sneak up on Caitlyn late game and burst her down. **- Allies Zed Syndra Enemies Swain JarvanIV Azir **- Challenges Bow - Ranged and assassin Darkness - Invisibility and limits enemy vision Mission - Purge the world of all corrupt politicians

So, I really like Jetia's lore. It seems to really fit in to the world of Runeterra. Her abilities are a bit problomatic, though.

Let's start with her passive. It's insanely OP. A 150% attack boost and a 60% slow for only landing three auto attacks? Um... no. That should really be lowered to a 5% slow and AD boost that can stack up to three times.

Also, her Q needs some reworking. She should automatically uncloak upon attacking an enemy unit, and receive an AD boost for a flat duration, with the first attack dealing even more bonus damage. Also, the cooldowns should probably be raised a bit. At max rank, as far as I can tell, she could stay invisible forever. That could be a misread on my part, though.

Her W is fine, with the slow and limiting vision. I think the attack boost could get a little bit crazy, though. You might want to lower it a little, and increase mana costs for this ability. As it is, Jetia's would never be worried about running out of mana for this ability, which is weird considering how powerful it is.

Her E is decent, but deals too much damage with too long of a cooldown. If you're trying to make Jetia a marksman, reduce the damage and lower cooldown times to compensate. If she's supposed to be a mid-laner, then she should really have more abilities that do damage, anyway, not just increasing her overall AD. Also, Ruin should have a limit on how many units it can spread to.

Her ultimate is perfect as it is, but extra damage via her passive stacks should only be applied to the target she hits, not all stacks overall. You might also want to up the mana cost here, too.

Overall, it's a great idea. Keep up the good work!

Jetia the Styngian Murderer Information: 4 While all the information is there the stats are a little off. Adding range to an assassin is a great idea but the stats must reflect that. The health regen and armor seem a little high for a ranged champion and an assassin at that while the attackspeed is a little too low for an assassin or a ranged champion at that .625 with only .9% bonus is really really low. Lore: 13 while the idea is fantastic and great it lacked a wow factor to it and didn’t prove convincing Zed just giving away stuff. I mean come on where is your backing? The thing that drives her? I just don’t see it not saying it is bad just lacking something. I don’t know what but something. Abilities: 18 Passive: it does not state whether the stacks are multiplicative or additive also 150% bonus also 3 basic abilities seems a little over powerful I mean only 3 abilities and you do that much damage and the duration is 10 seconds? Way too long of a duration and probably way too powerful Q: no range is listed for the active also how big is the circle? W: again no range is limited and the shape of the arena are not listed. E: again no range is indicated and it is unclear whether it is a skillshot or targeted ability R: nothing too overpowered here it is an ult afeterall. Overall it is a good idea however it lacks important factors like range and size of the aoes I also am not quites sure how the abilities string together Originality: 15 there aren’t many ranged assasins and it is a cool idea to think of one especially one who has such an interesting kit Theme:5 Apparent obvious theme Viability: 3 while the champion is obviously an assassin her attack speed is too low for an assassin and the passive is a little too powerful. Gameplay: 3 the passive is a little too strong and it is unclear how exactly the abilities string together specifically her E seems out of place. Effort: 15 points it is obious you put a lot of effort into this Bonus points: 1 because you are assisting with judging Overall: 77/95 not bad but more bonus points if you reviewed other players and if you took more risks could have been achieved also you just need to list ranges and size of aoes because currently it is unclear. A really good start to a champ I might say.
