Champion based on killing their own minions to get stronger, controlling time, and black holes

Had an idea in my head ever since I heard Gangplank used to be able to kill his own minions, here's a champion idea of being able to devour your own minions to become stronger, like a Black Hole. Also, none of the time champions are able to actually influence the flow of time so I added that too. He will be an AD based support, but also one that is tanky and scales well into the lategame. Because of his passive , he will be extremely strong in the early game during trades in a minion wave, or late game with Super Minions. But he is countered by strong waveclear champions. Additionally, he will not have alot of damage outside of his Ultimate, which will be on a very long cooldown. I'm not sure about the Lore, Visuals or Name yet but here is his kit.

Passive - Dead Star: Dealing damage to enemies 2 seconds before their death will Devour them, giving him bonus health and attack damage. Q- Black Hole Passive- Enemies moving away from him will be slowed, but also gain a movement speed bonus while moving towards him. Active- Target all minions in an area. If they have less than a certain amount of health, they will be executed. All the gold will go towards the nearest ally champion, but he will still gain his passive bonus. W- Gravitational Time Dilation Creates a zone of extreme gravity. In that zone, enemy buffs have a shortened duration and ally buffs have an increased duration. E- Photon Sphere He creates a photon sphere around a target ally. Upon reactivation, it will detonate, rooting enemies and dealing a portion of their current health. R- Quasi-Stellar Radio Source He channels an area and brings in allied or enemy minions, healing for a portion of their health. Then, he unleashes a beam that deals true damage based on a small percentage of the devoured minions' health.

Don't let the Q work on your own minions and it's fine. There was a champion able to kill his own minions in the past: Gangplank before his rework. Being able to execute your own minions, denying your enemy farm, is too powerful. Gangplank was just able to do this with 1 minion with his skill. Meanwhile your skill is AoE.

The concept is interesting, but AoE gold denial for the enemy is too powerful to be implemented in this game. It won't work, sorry.
