If you would have played more team oriented you could have carried or prevented them from dying so much, but it's never a single persons fault you lose unles they dc after the remake time. Every member of your team is responsible for every win or loss you have.

Well it's not always your fault if you lose but at the same time you gain absolutely nothing through blaming people as opposed to looking at your own mistakes and learning to improve yourself so that you can make play better where it counts.

Absolutely no one has ever said "It's always your fault if you lose." It is, however, entirely your fault if you lose consistently and cannot climb.
