pre-picking please

I would enjoy a nondraft game mode where i can pre pick my role, my champion, and ban one champion, all before joining the que,

it should match me up with others who havent banned my champion, and prevent matching me against who ive banned

it is annoying to join a game, not get the role i really wanted, not get the champion i really wanted to play, ..with the best current option being to dodge the game or be forced to play something i dont want to
