a team builder fill option

I lose many games to afk/dc/quit, and I get dumped from champion select from constant dodges.

a /remake option was much needed, but it takes so long to get in a game that I think there should be an optional quick fix

I would like it if there were an additional fill option that would allow people to jump into another groups champion select if someone drops out,

or if someone leaves a game, the person filling could join the 4v5 to make it a 5v5 again

the person filling could pick a new champion after getting placed to a role + game, they would see their team champions but not the enemy champs to prevent counter picking

for example if they joined at 10 minutes in, they would start at an average level for that time, and have an average amount of gold for that time
