out of every skill ive tried in league, warwicks q feels the worst to me, i press it and it does nothing, i hold it and it does nothing, half the time i use it he wont leap behind the target.. maybe im using it wrong, but it should not be this annoying to use

I've never used the word clunky to describe something, but now I see what you guys meant by this.

It doesent work very well. And I have had a problem with getting behind champs on the run even when it goes off and I hold the button.

I dont mind it, its ok to me. Although, the ONLY two complaints i have about ww rework is the Ult width, I literally go through some champs, bad clipping. Also the RANGE on q needs to be doubled or atleast 50% bigger.

the q actually follows your cursor when picking a target in my experience. say you are surrounded by minions, you try to bite the low health minion to your top right to last hit it, but your cursor is actually below you and to the left, right where a full health minion is. you will q the full health instead of getting that last hit on the other minion

I Recently made a post about this and after having played him about 5 more games after. You just needed to realize that the range on the Q is very short. Like as short as his Aa's short. Which often makes it feel like it never hits because well; YOu were never in range to use it.

Adding to the fact that the ability needs to be held down to go off and it has a .25 second cast time; Adding even more clunky on top of it being really short and awkward to use.

The only fix around this would be increasing the range a bit and nerf the damage to compensate or something;

Tl;dr Feels clunky and bad because its range is to short; Often feeling like you never hit anything.

I think people are making confusion out of it in comparison to his old Q range. And also, I'm not sure right now, but I think that if you hover your mouse over his Q it doesn't show the respective range... So ye

Reading all lowercase post feels bad.

Use smart cast...

FancyKiddo1/28/2017, 9:22:40 PM1 votes

I lost a fight versus another WW because no matter how long I held Q, it failed to flip me behind him three times in our fight. Great sadness.

I never have issues with his Q. So, donno what to tell you.

RivetAce1/28/2017, 10:02:14 PM1 votes

The range is so short.

Yeah this ability is freaking weird and I'm pretty sure it's bugged in some way. Honestly, even if you had it working then it wouldn't be especially helpful compared to the power of the other 2 abilities so maybe that's why in play testing they didn't realize there was a problem with it, I don't know. Maybe you have to use some special hotkey to make his q work for you like smart/quick cast or whatever.

When I play Kayle, 95 percent of the time or more I don't take Q until I need to. And there's nothing strictly wrong with it...it just isn't particularly useful. I'd argue the same thing that Warwick's Q isn't particularly useful...but there is something wrong with it. I can see it being very helpful if it actually was reliable to use against certain champions like Lee Sin or Jarvan IV.
