DEAR RIOT, MOTHER OR FATHER WHATS THE VERDICT?????

Today I am writing this because I really need riot to give an answer this has been puzzling me since the release of Miss Fortunes short video Surrender.

In Miss Fortunes original lore the only parent who was alive to raise her was her mother who was killed by someone with red eyes in which she dyed her hair red with her mothers blood and decided since she was alone shed hunt them down for her perfect revenge.

But in the pictures depicting Miss Fortunes life that were released its her father that gets killed by the one with red eyes because it says that she made her weapons with her mom in the lore info but the pictures clearly depict an opposition story of it being her father instead of her mother.

I'm honestly wondering which is it, did riot make a booboo when drawing her life story or was this done on purpose to show what it could have been.
