Make Miss Fortune viable in two easy steps without breaking her

alot of the time i come up with nonscene rants about how miss fortune will nvr make meta than someone said why dont you try thinking so I thought really hard and i found a 2 step perfect solution for miss fortune.

Right now the meta is highly team fight oriented and miss fortune is a team fight champion. But currently her biggest weakness is what her class is made for. AD Carry's are supposed to be exeptional Auto Attack champions and past the first hit currently Miss Fortunes got nothing.

Miss fortune has the least AD in the game totaling 63 at lvl 18 trailing kindred the second lowest ad rating champ at 18 by 17 points MF is behind the second lowest marksman caitlyn by 27 AD and behind mordikeiser who has the most in the game by a whopping 83 AD. This means that if items were not factored MF would lose an auto attack duel to just about every champion in the game. Which to me dosnt sound like a carry.

So with the facts out of the way the 2 steps to fix MF'S potential are

Step 1 Change love tap: every time miss fortune attacks a new target Miss Fortune love taps them for 40% additional damage . If they change Miss Fortunes passive from a scaling to 100%skill to a flat % they can do step 2.

Step 2 With lovetaps late game damage reduced they can increase her base attack damage and AD scaling so her auto attacks past the first dont feel like "taps".

If Riot were to do this Miss Fortune would be a well rounded champion with a little on my own potential. Who would better carry teamfights.

ps: riot would probably have to downscale her ulti a tad for it to work without making her overpowered. like lower the ratio a bit.
