Aeternum the Resolute

No stats at the moment, 'cause I'm not great at the technical stuff! But Aeternum is a good natured shadow isles support/mage. He was modeled after deer and earthy colors for a sort of forest guardian effect.

His passive is Unyielding: Upon death, distributes 50% base health between all living allies (so if he's next to last to die, the living ally would get a large amount of health. But if he's early to die, everyone gets a small heal, but they lose their support).

Q-Slams staff on the ground to knock up target enemy 1.4 seconds for (??) damage. W-[On Ally] Tosses a potion that immediately heals for (??) and (??) over time. [On enemy cast] Deals (??) damage and slows by 35% for 1.5 seconds. E-Waves lantern in the air, summoning spirits to boost surrounding allies movement speed by 30% that disintegrates over 4 seconds. R- (global) Enemies engaged in battle with allies are slowed by 75% for 2 seconds (at max) and dealt (??) damage. If not in battle with allies, are slowed by 35% for 2 (at max) seconds and dealt (??) damage.

I haven't thought much about names of abilities, but I love champions with heals + slows/stuns/knockups. I've also thought about the mana gift that Soraka previously lost, and that Aeternum could integrate into his kit?

This is my first champion concept suggestion, so I'm sorry it's pretty unfinished. Thought I would wait for some feedback, so feel free to add to him! Constructive changes, please!

So basically to win with this champ. in 3 steps.

Step 1: Commence Teamfight 5v5.

Step 2: Ult and stun entire enemy team for 2 SECONDS.

Step 3: You've already won the fight.
