Atlantean Vel'Koz
An Atlantean skin idea for Vel'Koz. His high movement speed animation always reminds me of jellyfish, so I've been wanting to do an underwater theme for quite some time. However, a jellyfish theme wouldn't exactly work without adding a lot of extra flowing parts. Instead, I took influence from the Atlantean Fizz and Syndra skins, giving him an armored and finned gold headpiece, plus shoulder armor inspired by murex shells.
Here he is using his E, Tectonic Disruption, to create a sort of geyser that would knock opponents up. I imagine his other abilities turned into water effects as well, but I couldn't illustrate them all at once in addition to making the piece cohesive and splash-like. ><
Recently started doing painted pieces, so it might not be especially crisp, but I hope you like the idea nonetheless!
