Shadow isles

Phieldworker here. So it's October and I'm gonna start playing just those spoooooky shadow isles champs (maybe a little fiddlesticks too for some jump scare ult action). While I was reading their lore I kept seeing stories about the Ruined King. You know, the one who released a terrible curse and all? Well anyway, in Yorick's lore it says he's hunting the King. My question is, when are we going to get a champion who is the Ruined King himself? Would he be melee? Marksman? Kind of a mixture? I just want to get people's thoughts on what this crazy spooky king champ would be like.
