New Champion: Scoldra, The Crystal Scourge (OC)

A champion concept I came up with a few years ago. I hate how the Brackern (Skarners race) have literally been untouched by Riot so I took it into my hands to come up with a sick crystal centipede to go with our crystal scorpio. I've included his bio, tentative abilities, and quotes.
