Half Dragon Cassiopeia SKIN CONCEPT

Her tail would be all red and spiky like a dragon's but her upper body would be more human with maybe a dragon mask. Flames effects would go with her poison since it does damage over time. Her E's could be tiny little dragons and her ult would turn champions into gray lava rock or black/orange molten rock. Her appearance and effects could also be blue or green depending on which color people like the most.
