[Champion Concpet] Uldor: The Master Craftsman

This is a concept for a demacian support champion. I am not good with balancing and champion stats so this is just an overview of the abilities and the lore.

#Lore:

Uldor arrived to Demacia as a young apprentice, seeking to obtain the desired title of Master Craftsman. The path of the craftsmen was an arduous one, requiring many years of training to build and perfect the armours and weapons that would be carried by the brave soldiers of the demacian army; it was, more than any other path in any other discipline, a vocational work. After five years of training among other craftsmen, he managed to enter the Academy of Arts and Crafts of Demacia. In there, he discovered that he, of all the other fellow Adept Craftsmen of the Academy, held a special gift for the craft. He was able to imbue the objects he built with special abilities, far superior to the type of material used or the shape and sharpness of it. From there, he went on to be well known among those in the Academy and served the King of Demacia personally. Ten years after he entered the Academy, he was awarded with the title of Master Craftsman, Headmaster of the Institute of Crafts in the Academy of Arts and Crafts of Demacia.

#Abilities:

1.-Passive –** Skill Tree**: Uldor's enhancing abilities can be stacked up to three times to grant bonus buffs to his team mates. Any of Uldor's abilities has a additional effect on Uldor himself. 2.-Passive – Demacia's Reward: Each kill or assist from an allied champion with one of Uldor's ability buffs active will reward Uldor with an amount of Demacian Coin. With it, Uldor can purchase a Craftsman's Writ in the shop that will determine the buff that will be activated in his ultimate:

a.-Reliquary of the Goddesses: Provides a magical and physical protection buff and a shield that reflects a percentage of the damage received to the champion that dealt it.

b.-Banner of Light: Provides a massive movement speed and cooldown reduction buff that decays over five seconds. Allied champions acquire the Banner of Light buff, which amplifies the effect of the next ability used.

c.-Sword of Kings: Provides a magical and physical damage buff. Also, spawns the spectral image of a Knight of Demacia next to each allied champion, that fights for up to five seconds and prioritises enemy champions.

3.-Q –** Enhanced Weaponry**: Uldor enhances the weapons on nearby allies, who gain a damage buff from auto attacks. Uldor also gains a small movement speed buff that decays over 3 seconds. 4.-W – Demacian Cuirass: Uldor enhances the armour of nearby allies, who gain a shield that absorbs damage from auto attacks and abilities that use physical damage. Uldor gains a shield that decays over three seconds and a percentage of mana per allied champion affected. 5.-E – The Master Hammer: Uldor smashes his hammer on the ground, creating a shock wave in a cone and knocking up nearby enemy champions and minions up and damaging them. 6.-**R **– Craftsman's Writ: Uldor crafts his most powerful armour or weapon depending on what type of writ he has purchased with the Demacian coin he has accumulated from Demacia's Reward. The effect of this ability is global and the writ is consumed once this ability is used. Uldor's next auto attack deals increased physical damage.
