Teeto, the Demonic Yordle

Teeto, The Demonic Yordle, would be played as an ap caster, ad, top. His kit revolves around all his skills, which would instantly kill anybody who dare opposes Teeto. This champion is for freelo loving people, much like me, and for the unskilled players who just want to have fun and laugh at the faces of their enemies.

Lore: Teeto is a devil among all yordles in Bandle City. As far as yordles are concerned, there is something just slightly off about him. While Teeto enjoys the death of other yordles, he also insists on frequent solo massacre missions in the ongoing slaughter of Bandle City. Despite his genuinely demonic personality, something switches off inside Teeto's mind during combat so that the lives he must end while on patrol do not burden him. Even as a young recruit, the drill instructors and other trainees found it a little disconcerting that, while Teeto was normally demonic, and rude, he turned extremely happy and highly efficient the minute he is able to rip the guts out of an enemy. Teeto's superiors quickly steered him toward the Scouts of the Mothership, hoping that it would calm him down, and help end his killing spree, but it didn't.

While most yordles don't like the sight of blood, Teeto kept a bottle of blood with him at all times, just incase he gets thirsty. Teeto came across a man named David Turley, and opened up a shop with him to create a variety of weapons. They made the famous weapon "Trinity Force" and were in the process of creating a new weapon called "The Dark Force", when Teeto found out that a man named Doran was stealing their ideas, and selling them half off on the Fields of Justice. His partner, David Turley sided with Doran and stole Teetos driving license. David Turley changed his name to "Phreak" and joined the Fields of Justice, but was instantly killed by trying to one v one baron at level four. Teeto didn't didn't hear about his old friends death, and joined the FIelds of Justice, trying to get revenge on Phreak and to collect all the "Doran" weapons that were sold to the champions of the Fields of Justice.

Passive: Fungus When an enemy champion is killed, instantly place a mushroom on their dead body. Additionally, when an enemy champion is killed, they will hear a demonic yordle laugh (similar to Teemos laugh) until teeto is killed, or after 3 minutes wears off.

MAGIC DAMAGE PER SECOND: 50(+ 12.5% AP) TOTAL MAGIC DAMAGE: 200 (+ 50% AP) SLOW: 30%

Q: Realistic Poison Dart ACTIVE: Teeto shoots an enemy champion with a Poison dart into their eyes, permanently blinding them and slowly deals 10/20/30/40/50 (+40% AP) until they die. Champions like Lee Sin are unaffected by this.

W:Blasphemy Passive: Teeto talks down to everyone with a booming voice, silencing all enemies within 900 units from him.

E: Sacrafice ACTIVE: grab the nearest allied champion within 10,000 units around teeto, and slam their head into the enemy champion, dealing 100/130/180/210/250 (+90% AD and +20% AP). Both allied and enemy champions are stunned for 15 minutes.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 100/160/210/290/350 (+90% AD and +20% AP) COOLDOWN: 20/19/18/17/4 seconds

R: Destructor, The Premature Yordle ACTIVE: Summon Destructor, The Premature Yordle. Destructor, The Premature Yordle, runs around and deals massive damage, but is stationary when he is about to attack.

HEALTH: 8000 ATTACK DAMAGE: 860 ATTACK SPEED: 0.1 ATTACK RANGE: 1200 UNITS ARMOR: 10 MAGIC RESISTANCE: 300 MOVEMENT SPEED: 460

Destructor, The Premature Yordle, would like like "Cotton Tail Teemo" but with a larger body, and with a Blood Thirster instead of a blowgun as a weapon. The cotton would be pure black.

This champion is 100% balanced. When it is released inside the game, all players will complain that this champion is overpowered, forcing riot to nerf Irelia.
