#Lore: Celtum was born in Urtistan, a town just below the Great Barrier. He was working as an assistant for Zilean, a man so obsessed with time, that he required not one but two assistants to remind him to eat, sleep and drink. Celtum fell in love with the other assistant working under Zilean, a beautiful woman named Akila

Wandering through the empty vast road, I felt something was watching me. I took a glance back, but nothing was there. Nothing but the never ending mist that surrounded my hometown, Urtistan. I know something is watching me, I just don't know what. Click clack click clack. Footsteps. Someone really is following me. My walk slowly turned into a jog, then into a sprint. I run as fast as my two flimsy legs could take me to the clocktower. I'm almost there! Just a little longer! I steal another quick glance behind me, seeing no sign of anybody. Breathlessly, I fumble my keys in my shaking hands, hoping that it would somehow make it into the keyhole. It must have lost me. Whatever it was, must have lost me.

"Akila are you here!? Someone was following me! Akila? Hello? Zilean? Anybody?" Nobody answered. As I start to drag my feet up the stairs and into the second floor, I start to smell a foul scent. Blood. Concerned, I run up the stairs, only to find nothing. Or so I thought. I quickly scan the entire room, only to be met with a crimson red substance dripping down onto my face. Blood. I wipe the gooey liquid off of my face and jolt my head quickly towards the ceiling. #_And there was Akila.. Hanging on the ceiling. _

Drip drop Drip drop. Her blood continued to drip onto my face, as I stood there, frozen in fear. There was something written with her blood on the ceiling wall, but the middle of the sentence was smudged. The key to ------ is within you. What? What key? Is it because of me that my love has died? This is all my fault.

Days that seemed like years without Akila passed by, when Zilean had finally came back from Kumungu with some rare ingredients for his bizarre experiments.

"Zilean! Someone killed Akila!" I scream in frustration.

"Is that so?" He replied blankly.

"Yes! What are we suppose to - - "

"Do you want revenge?" Zilean said abruptly, cutting off my sentence.

"Yes, I want to avenge Akila." I was hesitant at first, but replied in the same blank manner that Zilean had once done.

"Come with me." He said as he led me to his laboratory. He strapped me onto a chair and pulled out a syringe.

"What are you doing? What is in that needle?" I questioned him.

"Dont worry you'll be just fine..." He replied as he injected me with the syringe.

"... After all, you are the key to time travel."

When I awoke, I was still strapped onto the chair that Zilean had strapped me in. I looked down onto my chest, and found a gaping hole where my heart used to be. My heart is missing, but I am still alive. I slowly came out of the clocktower, only to be met with disbelief. Everything around me was destroyed, besides the clocktower. I was in the Ruins of Urtistan. This was the moment when it all hit me. _ Zilean killed Akila. He used me. He sent me into the future._ The rage inside me started to build up until the words Kill and Revenge where the only things I could think of. When I looked down onto my chest, I realised that the hole wasn't there anymore. Instead there was something growing out of the hole. It was pitch black and looked like roots. I kept on growing like a virus as the rage took over my body. It continued to grow until I was pitch black .

When I came to, I was in a small town in Demacia, Kyulifa. The only problem was that everybody was dead. After a wandering around for a while, I realised that something had been tugging on my right arm, and there it was, a Pitch Black Lance with Purple veins that covered my arm entire. I could feel it beating. It felt like this weapon was alive. No matter what I did, I couldn't remove it. Everytime i touched it, I could hear the words __Kill them! Kill them all! ___ repeat in my head. I traveled to the nearest town in Demacia and found out that Zilean was still alive and he was worshipped as the _ Keeper of time. I had also found out that he had signed up to join the Institute of War. I joined the Institute of War to seek vengeance for the one who took everything away from me. Zilean.

#Lore explanation (BRIEF)

For those of you who would be like OH.. TLDR. But seriously, you should read the lore__ (ITS REALLY GOOD)__

Celtum loves Akila, they are both assistants of Zilean. This is ancient times, before the Rune War that destroyed Urtistan (Home Town). Zilean killed Akila so he can run experiments on Celtum's Body. Zilean claims that Celtum's Body is the key to time travel, and removes his heart which IS the key. (Which is why his skills don't involve anything with time). He seeks vengeance on Zilean, so he joins the Institution of War. He wakes up in a small town in Demacia and realises that everyone there is dead (he might have killed them :O). He may or may not be one of the darkin (Evil beings possessed by living corrupted weapons :) ). #Concept: Celtum will be played as a top laner (bruiser) that scales into the late game really well. He will have a poor laning phase but will benefit from the level advantage of being a solo laner. He will be using Rage/Fury. His Rage/Fury will decay if he has not been in a battle for over 5/8/12 seconds. He will lose 5 Rage/Fury over time. Similar to Tryndamere. After every level up, the darkness from his Lance will slowly grow and consume his body. At level one, there would be no evidence of the darkness. Level two there would be some evidence of darkness. There will be very slow growth of the darkness up until he reaches level 6, then it will grow rapidly and cover about 1/3 of his body. At level 11, it will cover 2/3s and you will start to see evidence of horns and his eyes will turn a darker shade of red overtime. At level 16, it will cover his entire body. At level 18, His entire body will covered, and he will have Small Horns that curve inwards. His eyes will be glowing red. His right arm is replaced with a Pitch black lance with purple veins.

The Pitch Black is slightly over exagerated. It should look like Black roots with dark purple veins.

#Passive: Amplifying Rage Celtum gains rage (fury) over time 6/11/16 that amplifies his Attack Damage by 5/10/20%. Celtum receives 0.15%/0.25/0.35 bonus Attack Damage per point of fury he currently has, for a maximum of 15/25/35 Attack Damage at 100 FURY. Celtum gains 5 Fury for every auto attack, and 7 Fury for every auto attack on a champion. Casting abilities also grant Fury by 3 per minion, and 5 per champion hit

• Gains 5/10/15% Attack damage at 6/11/16
• Gains 0.15

#__Q: Joust __ Celtum Points his lance forward and charges for 1.0 second. Enemies hit lose 10/15/20/25/35% of their Bonus armor and are slowed by 30%.

• Physical damage 60/80/120/160/200 (+70% Bonus AD)
• Bonus armor penetration 10/15/20/25/35%
• Slow 30% at all levels
• Cooldown 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8
• Costs 20 Fury
• Ignores unit collision but stops upon hitting a Champion or Wall

#W: Thirst Celtum Thirsts for vengeance, consuming his 50 points of fury and dealing damage to all targets nearby by 6/9/13/15/17% of their maximum health

• Cooldown 12/11/9/7/6 (Cooldown is low because it costs 50 points of Fury, which takes time due to the low amount he gains per AA/Skill)
• 6/9/13/15/17% (+20% of AP) of their maximum health (+20% of AP because Celtum shouldn't be played as a Pure damage champion. This increases the chance of him being played as a bruiser instead).
• Costs 40 points of Fury
• AoE around Celtum
• 320 range

E: Enraging Heart

Celtum uses his rage to recreate a beating heart that heals nearby allies equal to the amount of 5/10/14/17/21% of all damage he takes (Not including turret damage).

__ R: Overwhelming Darkness__

Celtum allows his Rage to take over and transforms into a Dark Creature (Horns | Red Eyes | Hovering over the ground (slightly like malzahar) Gaining increased movement speed and doubling the amount of attack damage he gains from his passive (Amplifying Rage). While Celtum is in this transformation, His skills will be enhanced by darkness.

• Cooldown 110 / 90 / 75
• Movement speed increase 90% on activation and rapidly decreases to 40%
• Doubles amount of Attack Damage gained from his Fury (Not the % AD at 6/11/16)
• Duration 15 seconds
• No Cost

• ** Enhanced Q:** -leaves a dark narrow trail dealing for 4 seconds, slowing targets that stay on it by 20% increasing to 60% over 4 seconds, dealing 10/15/20 (+40% Ability Power) -No cost

• Enhanced W: -No cost
• Increases the AoE Range around Celtum by 135, Max range 455
