[GAMEPLAY] Slow Motion delay + skipping

I played a couple games in which about half of my team and the enemy team were lagging pretty badly. It wasn't FPS/Ping lag, because my FPS was 130 and ping was around 30, and so was some other people on the enemy team. The client seemed as if it was moving in slow motion, and it would randomly skip forward towards what was actually happening. I was told that the slow motion delay was a delay in LOL's servers... is there anyway to fix this? or do i just wait for it to fix itself?

I had that problem in my last game. I don't know if I should repair my client or what. The game was almost unplayable for me during 4.21 until I repaired my client and it fixed the problem a little bit...

Bump please still getting this issue and it needs an official fix, restarting does nothing I'm sick of having to reinstall the fucking game every day. All drivers are up to date.

Same is happening to me as of patch 6.19. I installed it today, 22nd of September 2016. I changed to my laptop and it was still happening. Rebooted the game and it still happened. After complete reboot of the game it still did too. Just as described, seeing everything in slow motion, then every few seconds everything synchs and thus, teleports.
