Can Blitzcrank get a recall animation?

Can Blitzcrank get a recall animation? Currently he just sits there as if he was just standing there. Its early game, and I'm waiting to leash the jungler, and we're dancing and stuff and he is doing his super cool recall animation and so I'm like "cool, let me show you me super cool recall animation bro" then I do, and Its not impressive. I just start to glow while I stand there...
