My Idea for a Teacher-Student system.

Its no secret that smurfs are extremely abundant from the moment you start playing league. The grind to lvl 1 to lvl 20 is the worst due to these experienced players obliterating entire teams. Not all of them are like that though, later on I realized smurfs could do some good, like teach new players for example.

Thats when it dawned on me, a lot of these smurfs probably created these new accounts to play with their low level friends and teach them about the game without matching them against more experienced, higher level players due to their MMR. Although its a great goal, it is definitely not fair with low level players who don't have anyone to queue up with.

So, I propose a Teacher system in which a level 30 player can lower his MMR to match his "student's" MMR temporarily so they can be matched with new players. However, the teacher will receive a 10% reduction in gold and experience during these matches to even out the playing field. Teachers could even get IP or RP rewards for participating within the boundaries of the system and not outside of it. What do you guys think?
