[Champion Concept] Ichabod. The Dreamer
Support. (Assassin)
Passive - "Sparkly Clothes" : Ichabod wears his mirrors, which reflect basic attacks back to the enemy. Starting at 1.5% reflection and increasing by .5% per level. This buff decreases by .2% with each mirror he leaves behind with "Looking Glass."
Q - "Daydreams/Phantasms" : Ichabod fires a skill shot that affects the first champion hit, filling them with inspiring dreams or horrific nightmares. If the target is an ally, they gain a speed buff +10 - +50% as well as protection from fear, slow, taunt, or charm for 4 - 6 seconds. If the target is an enemy, they are dealt 50 - 150 physical damage. Also applies fear for 2 seconds and slow for 4 - 6 seconds. This skillshot can bounce off of mirrors left by "Looking Glass." The same applies to allies. If the target enemy is hit after the shot ricochets, it deals true damage and the slow doubles.
W - "Head in the Clouds" : Ichabod distracts an enemy with strange images, causing them to stray from their intended path. If the enemy champion was targeting you or an ally, he is forced to flee in fear, or target his nearest ally. If he was running, he is taunted and forced to attack you. Lasts 1 - 3.5 seconds.
E - "Looking Glass" : Ichabod leaves behind one of his mirrors for an ally to use later on. It will stay there until he retrieves it or places another mirror beyond the maximum 4. Allies that walk over a mirror now reflect auto attacks by 7 - 14% (+AP) for 3 - 7 seconds. An ally can also right-click the mirror to teleport to another mirror a short distance away. Specified range, mirrors but be close enough to teleport champions. If a third mirror is placed within the range of a mirror that already has another mirror in it, the opposite mirror is destroyed. Mirrors grant minor vision and can be destroyed by enemies walking over them. If a mirror is destroyed, the champion who destroyed it has bad luck, decreasing critical strike chance by 7 – 14% (+AP) for 3 - 7 seconds.
R - "Dreamscape" : Passive; max mirror count for "Looking Glass is increased by 1 per rank for the first two, then by 2 allowing a total of 8 maximum mirrors. Mirrors now allow a larger range of vision. Active; mirrors already on the map now grant 50 - 100% reflection to all types of damage for 4 - 10 seconds.
Lore: "Long have mortals dreamed, and longer still has the Dreamscape boiled with impossible power. Most believe that such a place does not exist, and such power cannot be tamed, yet an odd few know better. I have seen the entity of that power in the form of a man, with an eerie mask. After saving me once from a nightmare while I slept, he sought me out awake to warn me of my potential. Thinking nothing of it, and thinking lowly of his animated character, I brushed off the warning thinking him nothing more than a madman. But I was wrong. Nights passed and I was visited by a dreams. The full moon, calling to me, inspiring me to be more than my peers in ways long forgotten. Awakening, I thought of the strange man in his... awkward knowledge. I hunted the power of the moon, disregarding warnings and punishment. The dreams were all to clear, I had to harness that power somehow. And I would, ultimately inheriting the notorious title of "Scorn." But what of the madman? How had someone so energized and other-worldly known of my capabilities by visiting me in a dream? I would never know, for I had other persons to find. But now it seems this lunatic has found his way to the Fields of Justice. We shall see how long his etiquette can protect him."
"Dreams are not reality. If you truly want it to become, then wake up." -Ichabod.

-Looks/Skins Classic: I imagine Ichabod to be a very dapper gentleman who walks with a kind-of sway. A "swagger." He carries a cane, using it to attack, not to walk. He wears a black trilby over dark, slick hair pulled back into a short ponytail. Any skin visible (minimal) should be dark and more or less indistinguishable. His mask is plain white, with a jagged, jack-o-lantern type smile, one squinting eye, and one eye with a monocle. He wears a long sleeved dress shirt with a well-fitted black waistcoat, dress pants, shoes and bow tie. He also wears a smooth black cloak with a short collar lined with white and with a gold trim. Mirrors of different shapes are attached to the cloak.
Marching Band Ichabod: Wearing a solid-colored marching band uniform and carries a baton instead of a cane. His mask now has a face of delight with a half-circle smile and star eyes. His cape is replaced with a flag made to resemble some school or group. His hat is tall, matching the uniform’s color with a white feather on the front and a black chin strap.
