[Champion Concept] Mann, The Puppet

Mage Resembles a man, slick wooden features, torn clothing, Victorian style, black hair, barely visible strings, throws orbs of dark magic to attack, uses mana.

Passive – “Strings” The only way Mann can move is by the mystical hands guiding his strings. They keep him hovering just above the ground, protecting him from planted taps.

Q – “Ragdoll Affect” Mann has whatever is holding him let go and drop him to the ground, immobilizing him but making him un-targetable for 3 seconds. He stands back up in a forceful motion, pushing enemies away and dealing 200-360 (+45% AP) magic damage. If the target hits a structure they are stunned for 2 seconds.

W – “Tangled” Mann throws a string toward an enemy, dealing 100-350 (+40% AP) magic damage and entangling them for 2-4 seconds. If Mann moves away from them, the entanglement is canceled and the target is slowed by 20-50% for 5 seconds.

E – “Wooden Teeth” Mann bites the nearest enemy target, taking off a chunk of their flesh. This reduces the amount of mana spent for his next abilities by 50% of the damage done to the enemy.

R – “Marionette Fall” Mann climbs his strings and swings above the battlefield to a target location 3500 units away. Landing will deal 50-90 (+90% AP) magic damage, slow enemies in the outer target area by 40% for 5 seconds, or stunning enemies in the inner target area for 5 seconds.

Mann was animated by a stray ghost during the harrowing. His size altered, and a few otherworldly attributes added, this ghost now dangles the wooden image by strings visible only to a few. The dead controller has never been seen, and many even speculate his existence at all, but what other explanation is there for a life-size, wicked entity that only seeks death? It has been noticed that the puppet will speak as if to someone controlling his actions, and will beg to be released, but he also begs for more. He admits to dreaming of being a living person again, and will even devour the flesh of mortals if it will bring his wish into fruition.
