[Champion Concept] Kinder, The Message Runner

Support (?) Yordle, male, gray fur, shirtless, loose pants, leather messenger bag, big scroll, rope sling and pebbles for attack, uses mana.

Passive – “Item Courier” Kinder can purchase items for teammates, immune to slows until the item is delivered. A player would open the store while on the map with the respective hot-key, choose the item they can afford and buy it. It will not appear in their inventory until Kinder gets it from the store and delivers it to them, or they go to the store and get it themselves.

Q – “Look, a Distraction” Kinder distracts a target enemy or monster, causing them to stop whatever they’re doing and walk in the other direction, like being feared. Lasts for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds.

W – “Beaten Path”/”Evade” Passive: Kinder leads the way to battle, or to safety, over any clear path on the map. Kinder and surrounding allies gain 25/30/35/40/45% movement speed while in lane or jungle. Entering brush cancels speed boost. Active: Kinder can dash away a short distance, negating any slows or grabs affecting him.

E – “Smoke Bomb” Kinder throws a smoke bomb to his feet, which explodes, dealing 85/150/215/280/345 (+AP) magic damage and blinding all enemies inside the smoke.

R – “Set Up Outpost” Kinder takes about 10 seconds to call in a favor from his fellow scouts to set up a watching station on the map. The wooden tower grants twice as much vision as a ward, deals half as much damage as an outer turret, and takes half as long to destroy. Kinder can only set up one outpost on the map at a time.

Kinder has always aspired to be great. He has looked up to the Bandle City Scouts since he was young, and dreamt of being one himself. Signing up was easy enough, but actually getting to be a Scout was a different story. Failing at most of the combat portions of training, Kinder’s superiors thought he might do better in reconnaissance. His first day on the job, he was by himself in the woods surrounding Bandle City, and was frightened away by a massive wolf prowling alone before dawn. The wolf attacked and chased him until the sun rose. Kinder had nearly made it back to the City, and still without and harm done. Teemo appeared from hiding and attacked the wolf, killing it without hesitation. He scolded Kinder for his cowardice and sent him back to the outpost in shame. Though his speed was unmatched in flight, what could the Scouts do with such a coward? They admired his will, and his dream to be a scout. Eventually they decided to give him the title of Message Runner. It was the lowest leading rank of the Scouts, but being given no other option he took the job. While no other scout took him seriously, he was recognized for his utility in delivering messages. Teemo was the one who excused his fear of fighting for the plain attempt to keep the messages safe from the enemy. Still, not many revered him as a mandatory asset to the team. Then one day, his “skills” paid off. When no one expected it, an entire squad of Scouts and Gunners alike was ambushed while on siesta. The raiders gave no warning and would have annihilated the group if not for Kinder. Using convincing distractions and blinding smoke that Teemo had taught him to make, he lead the whole brigade through a nearly invisible pathway back to safety. Each of the members whose life he’d saved owed him their own life, but he was nothing more than the Message Runner. “Easily spooked, sure, but someone you can count on no matter what.” –Teemo, the Swift Scout.

Emotes: -Champion Selection “I’m not scared, just gettin’ ready.” -Taunt (Looks around, shaking, jumps as if frightened.) “Y-you don’t scare me. Ah!” “I’m only afraid of heights, and monsters, and fighting!” “There’s no room on the team for cowards, alright?” -Joke (Twirls sling around, rock flies up, lands in front of him, scaring him.) “The only thing you have to fear is fear itself.” “It takes guts to get to where I am!” -Laugh (nervous laughter, grass his hands together and rocks on his heals) -Dance (Based off the “Lord of the Dance” finale.) -Walking (nervously) “Right.” “Orders are orders.” “I’ll let you lead.” “I’m not scared!” “Uh, sure!”

I think his kit is a rather interesting one, though u would be worried about him falling him falling into the same category as bard due to the fact that he has one damaging ability (aside from his ult which is extra dmg but couldn't really be sued effectively in a sporadic team fight) and ik numbers aren't always final on these champ ideas, but to me a 5 sec stun seems waaay to long. I was also wondering how his passive would work to communicate which champion he was delivering for, would he have a kalista item that allows him this passive for one champ, but can be reused to make other champs able to purchase, or would all champs be able to do it at all times? I feel the second may be a problem because if they spend money on the item but don't get it until kinder brings it to them, but isn't able to get it to them because of a sizeable lane separation, death, ect . because since they already spend money on it for kinder to bring it to them they couldn't change their mind and go get it them selves, unless u allowed them to cancel the order somehow. Other than that I think this is a really cool and unique idea ^^ let me know if u have any questions or if I just straight up confused u with this :P
