Ignite balancing idea maybe?

What if....

Ignite did 10% of someones hp level 1, 15%-20% something level 18 or something. It would hurt tanks yes, but those that do not build health take 1/3rd to 1/4th their max hp almost at level 18 from ignite alone currently. Give it a little harder grevious like 60%, and problem solved.

Thoughts?

I think the best way to fix it is a percentage with a maximum and minimum limit. Ex. level 18 could be 20% max health, minimum of 300 and maximum 600. Something like this, it is not fair that it would be able to do a third of an ADC health but it also doesn't make sense for a tank to be punished for building health against it, as health is the only counter to true damage. Those numbers are just thrown out there, but I think a % of hp with a minimum and maximum value is the best fix for it.

Ignite has, and always should be, a tool for securing kills, not Tank shredding.

If you want to give it anything, give it percentage MISSING health damage so it can fulfill the purpose of securing kills, but percentage maximum health damage is just a disaster waiting to happen.
