Ignite balancing idea maybe?
What if....
Ignite did 10% of someones hp level 1, 15%-20% something level 18 or something. It would hurt tanks yes, but those that do not build health take 1/3rd to 1/4th their max hp almost at level 18 from ignite alone currently. Give it a little harder grevious like 60%, and problem solved.
Thoughts?
