PEOPLE ARE GETTING BANNED JUST BECAUSE RIOT WANTS MONEY AND TOTALLY NOT AT ALL BECAUSE OF ACTUAL REASONS BECAUSE THE PEOPLE BANNED ARE TOTALLY INNOCENT OF ALL CHARGES AND ARE PERFECT LITTLE ANGELS.

I mean repeated offences, in the forum posts they are cussing and swearing repeatedly, showing vulgar responses to anyone who does not agree with them, they avoid showing chat logs and when they do everyone can point out what they did wrong, it is explicitely pointed out but they just say "but thats not that bad because this person did worse and i stalked them to know if they had any punishments and from my perspective they have not". It TOOOOTALLY has to be because Riot wants you to spend more money.....

I mean going up to your former boss who is suspending you for 14 days or whatever, and then you say "i find this punishment unfair because i may show up late to work from time to time but at least i did not crash the server by going onto questionable sites this ONE time that i have seen, but obviously they MUST do it every single day and i do not see THEM punished. Your just trying to get more money because ive been here for a while and my pay is higher than what a new person would be getting!"

Reason is because I've taken a long break from this game and from my own aggravations of playing LoL (mainly how shit I am), and have been instead playing Stellaris partially due to anticipation of some DLC that semi-recently came out and still playing because I am enjoying said DLC.

I can't do that, there is no outlet for my anger. I'm happy you can freely talk outloud about your troubles with the game but I can not. I doubt you just play Solo, without Skype or Discord or anything so really it's the same thing only difference is Riot can prove you said one and not the other.

99% of the time I play solo due to my work schedule, which is usually 2:30pm until 12:30am Monday thru Thursday. There is an outlet: Yell, or just say it, to your screen. It works trust me. Its also possible to unbind your Enter key to activating chat. I also rarely chat unless its for something a ping can't really help with for more complex plans of action. Or the other reason I am chatting is because I've found someone who is fun to chat with, even if they are on the enemy team. I don't reveal what my team is doing, its just some back and forth banter.

I have Discord and Curse, but still rarely play with the friends I have on either. My work schedule has severely affected my sleep schedule. Getting up around noon is normal, falling asleep around 3-4am is also normalish for me.

Well now it's too late to take that advice, I wish the rioter i talked to about my temp ban would have offered me that. I probably would have saved me from this because I wouldnt be typing in general. But still, ill get flamed for not communicating with the team which well end with me getting reported by multiple teammates and blamed for a majority of things. As for the outlet I cant. I have a foul mouth and cant swear or yell where I play, when I play. For me there is no outlet.

You do know that reporting you for not communicating won't actually do anything right? Hell that option was removed since it pretty much did nothing.

If you try to stick to pings and only chat when a simple ping isn't enough you should do a lot better. You are still allowed to make a new account. Just learn from your past mistakes. I know need to learn from my past mistakes in the Mechanics department. But I'd rather find a coach who can go into a custom game to help me by doing Mechanics drills so they become muscle memory.

Stop taking anger out in real life, it's never a good option. It relives your stress/anger that you would take out in game, but moving it somewhere else doesn't solve the problem.

What needs to be solved is the person getting angry in the first place, and that's almost always because of something out of their control

Monster Hunter is not only my favorite game series but its a great stress reliever for me as well. Taking on the different monsters and planning ahead of time what I will need is helpful and makes my previous worries go away.

I've tried quitting when getting too upset, the tilt literally doesn't ever go away. I've went for a 2 week break after a really bad loss streak and when I came back to play thats all that was in my head while playing. While not playing it was all gone

There doesn't need to be one. The onus is on you to manage your anger like an adult. If you can't do that then you shouldn't put yourself in situations where it can cause trouble.

Look into getting professional help. Anger management is a necessary life skill and it can cause you a lot of problems later in life if you leave it unchecked.

Normally I can handle myself, the problem is when I feel helpless and stressed and am already upset I tend not to react very well, I'm pretty sure most people would react poorly in a situation where they feel helpless stressed and previously aggravated

Even taking out the 3 references to afking there is still about 4 lines there, because s*** is still starred for a reason. It is considered cursing. That included with the previous 2 games that some i guess saw and noticed a lot more issues with..... Is just like the cherry on top of a toxic cake.

If you were already coming off a 14-day ban, this could trigger a permanent ban. It's not about the level of toxicity in a single game at that point -- it's about being consistently toxic even in small quantities. The AFK threat and the use of the bolded word are enough, and, if you were that close to a perma-ban, could tip you over.

I'm pretty sure its for money at that point.

Riot doesn't really make any money from bans. Or, at least, any money that means anything to a company that size. A small fraction of the player base ends up banned, and a small fraction of THAT fraction decides to spend a meaningful amount of money on League again afterwards. For a company doing nearly a billion a year that's...well, a pretty meaningless amount.

A threat is reportable, yes, since people can and do use those threats to force other players to behave in certain ways. It's also basically threatening to ruin the game for people.

That said, that was also game 3...meaning there were two other games on that reform card that I didn't look at, and might explain the situation more.

It's normally a 4-part escalation, but certain behavior can skip phases of punishment.

Looking at those logs, you have these lines:

...which Riot classified as hate speech, and is REALLY strict with. So that would definitely get you a punishment, and probably would skip at least one stage of punishment.

Even if you don't actually AFK, your teammates probably no longer trust you to participate properly and may believe any mistakes you make are intentionally done to throw the game. Threatening to ruin the game for them is not much better than actually doing it.

The average time to decay one punishment tier is about 3 months, and that is dependent on the behavior you exhibit while playing games. 2 months is not enough time to show your behavior is no longer going to be an issue (and seeing as how you got punished again, your behavior was still an issue).

Then why allow players who are toxic to create another account? They're still going to play? If they're toxic and you've already taken whatever might make them less toxic (the fear of losing their skins, rank, etc.) then you're creating a bigger problem. Get it?

Nope, the next step is taking the ability to start a new account away. Sure Sure not yet, but I sure hope that Riot has the ability to track people who were perma and can take a closer look at the newest account that person starts.

I would like to see Riot take the next step and get rid of trolls who think it is okay to be a Jerk, start a new account and start over even more nasty...

No, it actual isn't I can show you a screenshot of a rioter telling me to make a new account. They allow you to make accounts and just money grab your old one. Sorry but you're wrong. If you don't see it my way that's fine because honestly its not worth arguing with someone who won't see my view.

You are not being forced to spend money. You are forced into putting in the same work again. They allow you to create another account not because of money seeing as if you were going to be toxic again, you would not spend money because you knew that the account would be banned again.

Also, i dont even remember being on your thread, not like i really pay attention to names much. Honestly i see the same exact thing on every single thread similar to this so it all kinda melds together.

Yes, but if you reform on your new account your old account still doesn't get reformed so you meet a loss of however much you spent before that, and Riot makes that as a gain.
