Are Final Boss Veigar and Battle Boss Blitzcrank a different theme of skins that oppose Arcade?

Now that we have Arcade , the Arcade theme seems to be complete: Top Jungle Mid Adc Support Only now we also have ??

I have a feeling that Battle Boss is going to be a different theme that opposes the Arcade theme; sort of like how the Maruders vs Wardens theme was created.

If I'm right then we may see another midlaner get an Arcade skin, and more Battle Boss skins being made as well.
