I was thinking of all the ideas I have for skins, if I should ask drawing commissions for them... until I realize I dont know a single skin created by the fans that Riot made a reality.
Did it ever happened? Or drawing a idea for a skin is useless, because it mean Riot will never use it?

Yeah, several, AstroNautilus, Pool Party Ziggs, Surprise Party Fiddlesticks are the ones I can think of, possibly more.
Battle Bunny Riven is one I can remember. A few others are floating around on the fields of justice. Dragon Master Swain was promised by Riot years ago, maybe in the near future it will become a reality!
Astronautilus and Pool Party Ziggs were both created by MaTTcom.
Pretty sure Void Fizz was too, but he would have been way better if they had kept his ult as Cho'gath
