Look, I know why Rito removed it. Didnt make any sense to me but I do. But still, it was the perfect mode to be the champion you want in the lane you wanted. You didnt have to fight for it, just be willing to be patient aboutit.

AND if you wanted to play a PVP game immediately, you could go support or jungle without waiting for long to have it. You could even select your teammates as support as you had SO MUCH CHOICE in term of teams you could play in.

I really wish Teambuilder would come back...

I miss team builder more than anything tbh.. I had a solid 500-600 games in team builder and it really helped me learn the game

Seriously, the only option we have here for Normal games is Blind pick! Yes, the same old outdated system where instalocking and chat fighting are a regular thing.

Riot fixed Blind pick's problems with Team builder and then further fixed them with the updated Normal Draft. But for some reason, they decided to turn League back to its 2012 state for us and remove what were already amazing Queue systems.

And if we dare request Team Builder back we will probably get a response like: Sorry 2 lazy 2 update 4 new client.

I miss the hilarious off-meta comps that came out of it, and nobody was forced into them. If I wanted to take Naut mid I didn't have to worry about flaming teammates. Other than that, I would prefer draft pick for a standard game since queue times could be so long.

Teambuilder was a blast. No one really cared about the outcomes of the matches and the chats in the lobbies were always fun. Plus, no one flamed you for making the ADC go solo while the "support" built full damage and acted as a second jungler. ( RekSai + TwistedFate was too strong.)

I miss TB literally every day I play league. Playing new or fotm champions is SO HARD now.

It was amazing for just getting a group of people together for having a good time. Nobody took it seriously and that is what made it soo much fun.

I miss actually being guaranteed the champ I wanted to play.

Sure it took longer to get a match but was well worth being able to pick your teammates.

Feel like I lost a lot less back then because of it.

I miss the 5-man summoner 11 teams I'd get through it. Queue up as Jungle and then it's like EVERYONE IS JUNGLE LOLOLOL.

Not even a little bit. Having to wait 30 minutes to get into a damn game because the only people in Support queue are troll-picks trying to bypass the wait time was the worst fucking thing.

i miss team builder so much, it was a much more casual enviroment where i could play pretty much anything without someone loseing their mind because im not playing the most meta support or jungler.

i kinda wish we just went back to season 5 with leauge nowadays

A lot of people miss team builder. A similarly sized group are glad cancer builder is gone. The largest group of people don't really give a shit either way.

I miss TB, it was the best way to get the role you wanted 100% of the time. I think they should bring TB back and use it for ranked instead of the current shit ranked system they have. Pro play wouldn't use it, but pro play is essentially TB anyway since you know who in pro play is playing X role. For the new ranked TB, you would pick the role you want to play and the ban you want to have. Then the system would put you with other people that have different bans and won't match you against any other teams with those bans. Probably adds a bunch more calculations on the backend but that's what servers are for.

It was ok... ish. Yeah, you were guaranteed to get your lane and champion, but there were no bans (so champions that are permabanned in other modes in every game), because it's blindpick you can't counterpick and for a good team comp you were at the mercy of the host.

i don't, while it was nice in what it did it also meant if you weren't support you pretty much were stuck waiting for way too long just for the group to fill up and god forbid you were trying to be a mid laner but weren't the one actually starting the group

Ah, the days of teambuilder.

I still remember how hard it was to get a support back then. There was one guy called "x3m3 noobing" or something like that who would always pop up as Thresh support whenever we were searching for one. Every single time he deemed us unworthy of his presence and left the team. I'm wondering what he does these days.

Also, literally, two times in total I was waiting one whole hour. Ever wondered what happens when that timer that you always saw at the top of the client went to zero? Not a lot really, it just closes the group and you have to start from square one, never understood why.

Yeah, even though the wait was a little long, it was nice not having to luck out and load in before someone else who wanted the same role.
