Are you suggesting that Yorick receive a skin with a theme that would imply that he has sex with women who have born children?
I think he's upset because the last Yorick skin was released 4 years ago. I very much doubt anyone from Riot promised (or even commented) on anything from this person, to be honest this is just some sulking that should be ignored.
