Summoner Spell Balancing
Flash has become a go to skill for almost any summoner. More often then not when you play a game at least 75% of the people have flash. Now this is because it grants extreme utility, allowing you to quickly escape or go all in. It's instantaneous movement is very versatile and so most players use it. But this is a rather big fault, something that everyone has because it's so good takes away from variety. So the problem is how do you make it more situational, fitting with certain champions, play styles, or matches while still making it good. The best solution I could think of is to increase damage taken after using it for a short period of time. This makes it a risky but powerful escape tool that poses some risks to using while still being usable. You can still all in with it but you have to be sure that you can make it work.
Clairvoyance is something that you almost see no one ever use. And to be fair that's for good reason, it's really not that good. This is to such a point that it was removed. But there is a way that skill could not only be usable, but very useful in certain situations. Instead of showing a small place on the map, show the location of a selected enemy champion. This would allow you to locate the enemy jungler, find out where mid went, etc. Yes it's a weaker version of TF's ult, but it could be very useful in certain situations, especially against wandering lanes or locating troublesome junglers.
