Fixing the Fiora Fix
The Fiora update, while it could've been useful to even out the balancing took the thing that made Fiora who she was and changed it. If you want to play a utility Fighter there is a selection of champions out there, so why make Fiora a Support Fighter. But rather than just complaining and saying this is the worst possible thing I think it would be a better idea to think of ways to fix this fix so that she keeps her identity while still allowing for improvement.
First of all the Passive, I think instead of true damage it should do scaling physical damage, giving a damage bonus for each consecutive hit on the weakness. The bonus is reset if you miss one weakness. This rewards speed and skill and gives a better defense against her. True damage is Yi and Vi's job and if you put it into to many champions it demeans the it. Also it should work on neutral jungle monsters, with a damage cap.
The Lunge could have carry up to two charges. The double dash has always been a staple of Fiora, giving her good pursuit, and it would also improve escapes and her passive.
I have no problems with her W, it's a good improvement.
Her E should go back to the way it was. You slow and then Crit, and it takes until you master it before it's even as good as a normal one. This is really underpowered and rather useless. He old one was great burst damage, and far more useful in more situations.
I see her ult having two options:
1: She could have it work the same but give her heightened damage and health regeneration for a short period, fitting her solo power and dualist nature rather than a support skill that works against team fighting.
2: She could have her old ult but have it only able to activate if she gets enough stacks. She gets stacks from hitting critical points and they're all lost if she ults or dies. Thus she can't use it whenever and has to be built up to.
Of course this is just the solution I think could work best, there are probably others that would work just as well if not better.
